I put in an online order on Saturday afternoon. After the order was placed, the website stated that it would be 22 to 27 minutes before my order was ready. Okay, fine. We waited to leave the house and didn't arrive to Smoothie King until the allotted time. The place was packed. Okay. I expected a possible delay in making the order. I asked the girl making smoothies if my order was ready for pick up. She said no. I asked when it would be made. She had no idea. Instead on making the online orders, the owner of the restaurant was just making the orders for the people that were coming in. They were unsure of when they would get to my order, even though a half hour had already passed and I had already paid for my order. I asked for a refund. The owner said she didn't know how to do a refund and she would call me back later about it. First off, how does the owner not know how to give a refund to a customer? Secondly, I didn't feel comfortable about just leaving, $40 gone, with no real proof that I would be reimbursed. Clearly the organization of the business wasn't that great. She seemed confused when I wasn't okay with just leaving with her promise of calling me back later and discussing a refund. She seemed unapologetic and said, "So what would you like me to do?" Um...make the order I already paid for 40 minutes ago.... Then when the owner said they would have the order completed in ten minutes, we returned in 15 minutes. THEY GAVE PART OF MY ORDER AWAY TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.I know other Smoothie locations that put alerts on their website when they have a high volume of customers. This one doesn't seem to care about any inconvenience they cause their customers. It was 1 HOUR between ordering and actually receiving my order. Never going back. Such a waste of time. This establishment doesn't know what they're doing and doesn't care about how they treat customers. .

Extremely unhappy with the customer service and experienced discrimination . There were two employees working behind the counter when I entered the store. They were both laughing and did not greet or acknowledge me. I stood there for about a good 2 or 3 minutes and neither said anything to me. Didn't even look at me. After finally ordering, 3 customers of White/Caucasian descent entered the store. I stood there and watched all of them be greeted. The male employee even asked how they were doing. There was a lot of immaturity among the staff, will never step foot in this location again.

I Usually come here almost every Fridaybefore going to work. Rachel isoutstanding on what she does and verypolite. Other workers are also verywelcoming as well and continues doinggreat making smoothie I order.

Disappointed twice in the past 2 weeks. Placed an online order today and when I arrived, I was told that the printer was broken so she didn't know the recipe. She said I could call for a refund. I asked who to call and she told me to Google it. Got to work and called one number and got a message advising to call another. That number resulted in silence and disconnection. I've already wasted more than $8 worth of my time trying to get my $8 back which is super frustrating. Same location, same employee, 2 weeks ago- I walk in with someone else to order in person and she advises she's by herself with a lot of online orders, so it will be 10-15 minutes. The interaction wasn't how I would have handled it. Literally turning customers around and sending them back out the door. I start hitting up the Brierhill location before heading into work when I want a smoothie from now on. Still no smoothie and no $8 refund.....

My visit today is okay. I bought three kinds of smoothies.nthe lady who made my order messed it up. The 32 oz is not full, it's about 3/4 of the container. There's the same ingredients except the other on has energy booster. The other smoothie is very green and other one is so pale. The ladies seems not so friendly, the one who took my order rushing to put in the order and the one who made is not so friendly (who made the smoothie wrong) I don't have time on arguing to fixed my order but I had to leave in a timely manner for another errands. So I gave it a 3 stars.

Why did I rush to SK today Friday 3/24/2022 @ 8:40 to find it closed at 8. (Sign on door) However the website said it closed at 9 which is I came. Very Bad business. ??‍♀️

Went there this morning and got 3 adult smoothies and 1 kid smoothie and all 4 were terrible. This is the second time that we have been unsatisfied with the smoothies. Even our toddler did not like his. We had to bring them home and fix them with our own ingredients. Was really disappointed and hope it was just another off day for this location.

Always stop at this location when I’m traveling for work. It’s right off the highway and a great meal replacement. Never had an issue at this location and they’re pretty consistent. Took off a star for their lack of customer service. Might need to polish that up bit to create a more upbeat atmosphere.

I came in to place my order on 12/11 at 11:27am. I’m a black woman.There was an African American lady and I white lady working- they were the only ones working. The African American took orders. Three white men order after I did- the white lady gave them their food first… I waited and waited…I heard that this town was prejudice-today at Smoothie King, it proved to be true.

I came to Smoothie King in Aberdeen Beards Hill. I arrived at 850 and doors was locked. Store closes at 9pm. The store workers said they were closed. I asked for manager they said they don't have managers or supervisors. They hung up the phone on me. I am a regular customer and I need to know how to contact corporate HQs
