I went to BLK Swan in Baltimore had chicken and waffles. Over priced. I had the new Chicken and waffles at TB3 much better . The price was 18 dollars for 4 whole wings and a huge waffle. BLk 29 bucks 6 wingetts. The new collard greens at TB3 down home Mississippi croocked letter hump back I.good Homemade potato salad. We were excited because we thought we had found a new restaurant close to home. As a family we eat out at least twice a week. We were extremely satisfied with our food. However, each time we were OFFERED a refill our drinks would come filled to the top with ice. Unfortunately, we did not ask if the refills were free and ended up spending more money on ice with ginger ale, than our food and appetizers for a party of four.
