We used to love going to this location, but the quality has seriously gone downhill. The donuts always taste stale and it seems like they have been sitting out for days. We have also noticed a decline in customer service - the staff always seem disinterested and rude. We used to enjoy getting coffee there as well, but now we don't even bother because it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame to see a once great establishment deteriorate like this. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Rude employees!! I was in the drive through grabbing my card to hand to cashier as he proceeds to say come on and hurry up telling me that there is a line behind me . Very unprofessional! I will never come to this location ever again!

I continue to give this Dunkin a chance because it’s close to my house. But I continually get let down. The service is horrendous. Going through the drive thru, they spill drinks on me and my car, forget food all the time that I have to remind them of and just not very friendly. It’s a shame because the location is great but that’s about all I can say good about this Dunkin

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts out there it used to be a great place to get a coffee after working all day but the last 4 times I either got the wrong coffee or wrong extras added I won’t be returning and suggest if you go there check all items before you leave the parking lot !

What the hell? First and last time at this location. I pulled into the drive thru to place an order. I heard something garbled on the intercom, then suddenly guy starts yelling at me, HELLO? HELLO? Then he kept talking over me.

Found a hair in my food, when I went back to ask for another one, the lady was extremely rude, snatched the food and told me next time to check if there’s a hair in my food. A customer shouldn’t have to check if there is hair in their food each time. Go to a different Dunkin!

Let me start this off to explain my situation. Last week I ordered avocado bacon toast two times. Neither times had the bacon on it. The bacon version costs more than the regular version. I didn't call the first time, but the second time I did. I was very nice on the phone. And the young man on the phone was also very nice! He told me come in and you can get two replacements! No problem! Well I did a mobile order the next time I went there. I ordered tea, bagel bites, and bacon. Then when I got to the spot to order, I explained what happened. And then added a bacon avocado toast to it. When I got to the window. I was told I owe money for the toast. I said ohhh it's a replacement so I don't owe anything. The man with the glasses who is always there was so out of control rude to me. If you are a manager reading this. Rewatch this footage in the drive through. 1/22/24 at 7:20am. He was yelling in my face that I don't get free stuff. I was so shocked and confused with the way he spoke to me. I never speak up for myself but I was not going to allow a worker let alone a man speak to me this way. He argued with me for five minutes over this. Then finally the manager told him it's fine that I get one today and one tomorrow. (Keep in mind I am not getting anything free I paid for this the first time and they messed it up- I was also TOLD TO COME IN FOR TWO REPLACEMENTS) meanwhile I was mistreated. I am a teacher and do a lot of business there. I will not bother anymore. There are a million Dunkin' Donuts ... and Starbucks. I don't need to return to disrespect. This same man has been rude to me before for no reason. I will not be returning for my replacement toast bc I wouldn't ever take anything from them. I have plenty of money to spread else where .. I don't need something from there to be mistreated

Here and there you'll get people who act like this is a business the rest of the time they seem rushed and annoyed. I recently asked for a black ice coffee with almond milk on the side they said "no, no alternative milk on the side" I said Id pay extra and he refused lol...WHY!? They pour so much milk that the coffee looks like a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Drove off and went to starbucks where it might be more expensive but I had no problems. They lost business over something so stupid but most times it's either rudeness on the speaker or when you drive up just a look of annoyance on their face. Go to a different Dunkin
