My boyfriend and I got sandwiches with fries, slices of pumpkin spice cake and I got watermelon sea moss drink made in house. Everything was excellent. So happy to find something so delicious not too far from my work!

Surprising gem of a find!! They truly put a lot of flavor and thought into their food to make it healthy and delicious! The owners are incredibly nice and make their food from their hearts! Beautiful interior, comfortable to grab a quick bite or stay and chill!

Went in today for lunch. Was met by the owner who was kind and explained his hopes of encouraging people to eat a plant based diet. Food came out quick and was delicious. Will definitely return!

The food was delicious, and the owners are so friendly. We had the spicy chkn sandwich with fries, vegan deli sandwich with chips, a side of sweet potato fries and side of vegan mozzarella sticks. The sweet potato fries are a must-get. James & Jo's is going to be our new spot for when we travel I95 since it's such an easy detour to delicious vegan food (they do have vegetarian options also)

Looking for a place to eat traveling between Bmore and Philly, and so glad we found James &Jo's. Both the food and service were exceptional. Recommend the sweet potato fries in particular. We had our dog, and Donte put a table outside so we didn't have to eat in the car (didn't want to leave her in the car alone). (Sidenote: they are both vegetarian and vegan) Updated from previous review on 2023-11-22

My first time eating vegan. My wife and I were looking for a different venue. The owner is a really nice guy and the food is delicious. If you want a good meal in a quiet relaxing atmosphere, try Joseph and Jo’s.

I had the Big Guac with sweet potato fries. A good meal. Place was uniquely decorated. Met the owner who I really liked. Besides the cafe he is also teaching vegan classes and is dedicated to improving the knowledge of others about healthy dieting. The place is dedicated to his late parents. He did them proud. I hope to come back here again.

We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed our meal as well as an inspiring conversation with the owner Donte about his "why". I enjoyed the spicy burrito and sweet potato fries I stole from my husband's meal!
