I always go thru the drive thru, so really I wouldn't no how the atmosphere is inside, but workers seem to be very friendly, get my order correct & with no complaints & the food is always hot and delicious.
Good BK location. Food was a little slow and they were having issues with their registers but once received the order was correct and the burgers were fresh and tasty. (Ordered a whopper with cheese just ketchup and mustard and added bacon and extra pickles) Bread was very soft and fresh. Fries hot, right amount of salt. If so there again... Love BK burgers. ?Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Drive thru was slow for both ordering and food delivery. Order was incorrect (asked for whopper no onion or tomato and got whopper with cheese and everything). Missing a large fry. No ketchup or dipping sauce with cheese sticks. Just overall disappointed with our experience.

I always wonder is this private owned, honestly the worse burger King I've ever been to.. the food doesn't even taste like any other burger King, always seems old.. Service is horrible disrespectful to the Franchise..

Worst experience ever !!! Just left there in the drive through line, the employee working the drive through just cursed me out because she claimed she was working by herself and suddenly closed the entire store as I was sitting in the long line. This is unexceptable behavior. You do not treat the customer like that. I didn't do anything to her to be spoken to like that. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I will never go to that Burger King ever again. If she doesn't like her job QUIT !!!

Been going to this establishment since 2007. If it’s not one thing it’s another from running out of burgers or chicken, to not having change for cash orders. Almost every time I have been here either orders are wrong or out of items. I’m still confused to how they are still open. Only reason I can think of is convenience for residents because it’s one of 2 fast food restaurants in the whole Accokeek.
The worst. My BF was gone an hour, and they got all of the food wrong. TWICE. Then, put the money back on our card, which wouldn't be available for 48 hours. So, there is no food for us tonight. RIDICULOUS!!This was not the 1st problem with this location, nor the 5th, but he loves their mozzarella sticks.

The food has normally been ok but today 3/26/2023 the burger bun was burnt and the fries were raw. I don't eat there that often.

One star because I can't give zero. I have never felt the need to give a review so bad. There were quite literally only three customers total in the restaurant and drive thru combined. I came through the drive through and was immediately taken back by the employee putting us on THREE waits while ordering. Finally upon getting to the window we were given our bags and the orders were wrong. Half of the sandwiches were missing and the other half were incorrect. We tried to go inside to get this ratified only to find the doors locked. So we called the restaurant and got through to an employee who tried to give us to the manager. However we very clearly heard the manager say "No no no, just get their name and number and I'll call them back". The worst service I've ever had.

Burger King we try the new special they have does burgers are nothing but a joke I don't know why they put on a special I end up throwing the whole thing away because there was not even edible, and the servers through the drive-thru and subgatter never come back to this play again.
