One of the worst bagels I've ever had. Skip this place and go to Einstein Bros. Service was subpar as was the bagel. For 7.49, it should have been better. Won't go back.

My co-worker and I get lunch here a couple of times a month and always enjoy the food. We recently decided to try the brownies there and were very pleasantly surprised. They were absolutely delicious!!! I also always bring home a dozen bagels for the family who are very excited about it.

Wednesday at 1:25pm. I had been looking forward to a super-egg bagel, lox, and cream cheese; since it was close to closing, I was hoping they would still have a super-egg in the case, and they did. They were sweeping-up and putting things away. At the counter, I said "are you closing"? The woman behind the counter said "yes, we are closed". I said "I thought you closed at two o'clock", and she said "we do, but we're closed". Not, "maybe we can help you", or "I can give you bagels out of the case", just "we are closed". Thirty five minutes early, with plenty of employees there. I have been going to Bagels And... for forty years and I will never return. Worst service ever.

I've been coming here to grab dozens of their delicious high quality hand made bagels and pastries for years, but came in for lunch the other day and got a great bagel sandwich. A classic old school deli vibe, and really good coffee to boot.

I truly love this place, the bagels are made from scratch and in house, they are not Dunkin Doughnuts, Panera, Einstein's or Wegmans for that matter. The bagels are fresh and have a thick crust. I am a lox and cream cheese bagel sandwich however l find their lox spread and bagel to be a budget friendly and still great.The staff here is pleasant and speedy, the orders are done correct and timely. I usually come on my lunch break have a bagel and watch the young and the restless on the TV. They have weekly lunch specials and the best part they keep the riff raff out.

Best bagel in the area, especially if you’re from New York and you have high expectations. I got the New Yorker without tomato- definitely go for the egg bagel!

I love bagels but there is a lot to be said for these bagels. I tried them later in the day and you need good strong teeth because they were hard. The service is indifferent not friendly but not rude. So get to work a little too early and tried a bagel cream cheese and the bagel was hard. So morning or early afternoon they are just that hard, they are not stale but hard. I will say this get the Lox spread on a bagel or any type of cream cheese, they really give you a healthy amount vs dunkin or Starbucks. As for the ambiance, the seating area is nothing fancy but its clean and they do have regulars.

I got the New Yorker on a toasted everything bagel 2 times this week. It was very good.
There quick even when busy. Food is ALWAYZ fresh and made to order. Hands down best place for a bagel in AACo. They also keep well for a few days if you buy a half/whole dozen. Definitely recommend if itooking for an amazing bagel at a great price

Sorry about the 2 stars today. Ordered a toasted garlic with cream cheese to-go. Got home, exhausted after work and but to my surprise... a plain cold bagel with I guess a smear of cream cheese. Im going to bed disappointed.

Best bagels around hands down. But I get here and there’s 10 sesame bagels left and the lady in front of us buys all of including all the plain bagels without anything on them. Don’t understand why you’d sell them all of them when they can easily go to a store and buy them. Drove 30 mins here for an old dusty lady to take every bagel. Don’t own a bagel shop if you’re gonna just give out all your bagels when there’s still costumers coming in. Edit. Worker says “we’re open at 6 what were you doing?” Making it seem like I’m here before they close cause she sold them the rest. You guys are open for another 3 hours why would I matter if I went there at 6 or 12 you guys should always have bagels ready to be sold or more on the way since that’s what you guys serve your food on…

Long time customer. Hadn't been back in several years and stopped while in town for a funeral. Service and quality have gone way down hill. I ordered a single sandwich and watched while several people who came in after me had their orders completed well before mine. When I asked what was going on, I was treated with contempt. The sandwich itself had one tiny sliver of Lox on it, maybe a quarter or half of an ounce. I asked what gives and they wouldn't even respond.
Love those bagels. Driving ninety minutes one way to stock up and fill the freezer. The toppings are even inside.
