I hate leaving a bad review but in this case it felt needed.It was $65 for the two of us which isn't outrageous but I'm expecting a decent meal. Everything was frozen. I have a completely unrefined palate but even I could feel the rubbery quality to the shrimp in my husband's shrimp alfredo.I got the lobster ravioli and the filling was more seafood slurry than actual pieces of lobster.The arancini was greasy and bland tasting with a thin layer of breadcrumbs so it falls apart when you pick it up.The Oreo cake was average. Satisfied a sweet tooth so yeah it was fine.

Bella Italia is the go-to lunch place for a few of us who meet to discuss our photography. There is a nice selection of lunch combo specials or lunch sized entrees. There are interesting selections like spaghetti puttanesca.

i happen to be in the area, stopped in for a slice or 2 to go. I ended up taking 5 slices to take home. the pizza slices were good, the service on the other hand was subpar. the slices were handed to me in a pizza box, when i got to the car i checked the box and the slices had been just tossed into the box and piled up in 1 corner. as if the box had carried vertically. I was able to arrange them as they should be placed in a pizza box. I think this place was sold and under new ownership, the quality and service has gone downhill. i wont be back.

Okay so how is nobody talking about bella italia?? The service is immaculate the food was deluctantly beautifully put together by their incredible chefs and waiters. The customer service was incredible and matched by no other, 5 star resurant, it's incredible.

By far, the worst Italian food I've ever had. My lasagna was flat, no layers, hardly any cheese, gross hamburger meat in it and the pasta was hard on the edges. Garlic bread looks like a hard scone. Didn't even receive my Cesar salad so can't even rate that. Husband got chicken parm that lacked any flavor. My recommendation is to run far away from here and eat somewhere else!

I ordered from a company on Uber Eats by the name of Brooklyn Calzones. When I arrived there the name of the restaurant was Bella Italia Restaurant located at 609 Taylor Ave. Annapolis. MD. I ordered from Uber and the calzones I ordered were sold to me at $16.79. I called the restaurant and they stated the size is 8 inches and it's listed on line and on their menu inside the store. It is NOT described on line as an 8 inch. They sent me a calzone the side of a slice of apple pie. I went inside the store and the menu had $8.49. It did not indicate 8 inches which they stated on line. This is false advertisement. The manager could not speak English and the other female worker kept interrupting me and continued to justify the false advertisement while not refunding me my money. This company needs to be investigated for false advertisement. Poor customer service and the food is not as advertised.
Half of order was missing. Refused to provide any refund. Took no responsibility and terrible customer service. Think twice about togo or delivery.

I hate to give any restaurant such a low rating but my pizzas were done and cold before I was even told they were done. Am I supposed to be a mind reader? I had to go up and ask if my pizzas were done yet. I've never had such a pizza with such a thick crust. It wasn't my thing I'm sure others would disagree there were plenty of people there. I won't go back...

Best pizza in town! Bella’s is usually busy around the dinner hour so we always call ahead and carry out. On occasion we have eaten in the small seating area but generally prefer to head home with our delicious treat. The cannoli is good but make sure it’s freshly made so the outside is crisp.
