My first time trying waygu burger I ordered medium but it was a little under to my preference I would try it again and order well done and I'm sure it would be perfect. The burger was juicy the toppings were good the red onions I added were super thick so overwhelming just a heads up and the fries were cool too I got the mushroom waygu wellington

Tried this burger joint and ordered the southwest Bison burger - it was pretty good, but took a bite of the wife's Waga burger and that was delicious. AJ was at the register and was professional answering our questions since it was our first time eating there. The ambiance is okay. Will go back in the future.

This location had great service when I visited. I had a special request and the cook let the cashier and me know that her understand and be sure it was taken care of. The burger I ate was perfect and I love the fountain cream soda here. By the way they burgers are grilled over a flame and seasoned well. They are also pretty big too. The dine area is fine. Nothing special, but it was clean and the taken care of.
Used to love bgr, but the last couple times I ordered I noticed a severe decline in quality, ordered two medium burgers and one medium rare burgers today all three were well done, the two waygu wellingtons were missing the mushroom mixture that is on top so the top of the burger was bare then the blue cheese on the bottom was almost non existent. Then the pretzel bacon marmalade burger was missing the bacon onion marmalade and was just a dry well done burger with cheddar cheese. I am upset because we loved this place soo much and was looking forward all week for this meal as we just got home from a trip, disappointment is a understatement

Really interesting location, I went with my boyfriend today, and the food (while a little pricey for a 2 burgers, fries and drinks) was reasonable and absolutely delicious. I had to take some of my fries to go!! Amazing, definitely going on my To-Go list.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac's disease, and BGR could accommodate me!! I'm not sure on cross contamination, but so far I am not sick.
