We come here about once a year and this time was especially excellent. Jayden (sorry if I’m misspelling that) was our server and he was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, willing to request a particular old fashioned from the bar (as in, I asked for a specific ratio), truly a great experience. As usual, the food and atmosphere was excellent. Definitely try the Smith Island cake; we hadn’t before and we’ve been missing out! Plus it *is* the official state cake of Maryland.

Oh what EXCELLENT & AMAZING customer service this place has to offer. I cant go on enough about how hospitable the manager Rick was in making sure our food and service was right on point. He not only made sure my family & I was having a great experience but he was very hands on in assisting the wonderful waitress Shelby with serving food and making anything right that wasn't. Shelby was also very efficient and patient being as though we had a party of 12. She always came back to our table with a beautiful smile even though Im sure her feet were tired with the amount of request we had due to it being such a large party. Did I mention the food was also delicious!. Thanks again Rick and Shelby for making our family outing even more special! We need more people like you these days in the Customer Service Industry. May God forever bless you two!

Had dinner for Father's birthday. The party was 15 including four kids. The food came quickly and it was hot. The portions are hefty and the options are vast. The black pepper and braised short rib pastas are a great option. The chicken wings, and Brussel sprouts are delicious. I know that sounds like typical appetizers, but BWH's version are uniquely delicious. The service is the best thing about BWH. Service with a smile is the norm. I don't usually give five stars, but BWH does service, food, price and ambiance well.
Came here for a private event. We were celebrating my Father’s Birthday. It was a party of 14. Everyone’s food came out perfectly. Are waiter Brittany B. was excellent and very attentive. Brittany B made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Brittany even took the time to wipe of the children’s frisbees free of any food debris and sauce. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant and Brittany B.

Our server Kevin was very informative with regards to the specials, especially when what I wanted was no longer available. Couldn’t believe a vodka drink special was not available! What I got was OK, but not really what I expected and not as tasty as I had hoped, but I drank it anyway. Rick, the manager seemed to really care about our experience. I believe that kind of attention to detail always makes a difference! This is my favorite restaurant to come to when I am in town! Never disappoints! Music selection was spot on as I was dining with my BFF from Jr. High! Lots of songs I hadn’t heard in a while that brought up a lot of memories for the 3 of us! Thanks for maintaining such wonderful quality in your food and staff! It’s why I keep coming back! This restaurant makes my foodie heart happy!!!Parking: The parking is a HUGE plus for this restaurant for so many reasons! It’s another reason why always come here!
