I haven't been to Broadneck Grill in at least 15 years - this was a good reminder why. I'm glad the steak was on sale. It makes it hurt less when no one eats it. It looked pretty but it's tough, chewy and flavorless (char but no seasoning). Waste of money, time, and gas going there.

Both the service and food here are excellent. Everything came out rapidly and delicious, even though we were a party of ten. And the waitress was super nice and friendly. Never had to worry about a drink or chips running low the entire night. Excited to bring our group back again.

Here's my review as a worker. When I worked here, it was excellent until they decided to strike me unprofessionally. The general manager there slaps down strikes like it's mentioned in the interview or something. It was never said that strikes would be given once you start working. I have and had the right to protected strikes, which exercise my rights as an employee to be protected against dismissal solely based upon participation. However, I never participated in protected strikes or unprotected strikes, or even strikes as a whole; in other words. I never signed an at-will contract. These people fired me claiming that I met my third strike. But they've completely got the idea of strikes wrong. Which is really funny to me. They are engaging in unethical behaviors, and if it continues at this rate, this location could also be shut down.

Broadneck Grill is incredible! They catered my wedding in October and I cannot say enough positive things about them! They were very responsive and patient answering all of my many many questions! They were also easily able to accommodate all of the various dietary restrictions and allergies that my guests had (i.e. Gluten Free, lactose intolerant, shellfish, vegetarian, etc...). The food and service were fantastic, all my guests were raving about the fajitas and the crab balls! They are truly full service, they handled all the set up and break down, cleaned up throughout the night, delivered chairs & linens, and kept us on schedule! They were an absolute dream to work with and did a fantastic job

Great local place for a good meal at a reasonable price. Get their crab soup or seafood platter for a hearty meal. Bar is fun.
The food is ok. It's just Mexican food at the end of the day. I don't think it was worth driving 20 minutes to go there. I passed like 4 other Mexican restaurants that are just as good. Our server was horrible. She told us it was her last week and she didn't care. That was obvious with her attitude. Will probably not return.

I saw the owner (D-O-N-N-A) drinking wine and bossing around the workers while they slaved away making almost no money. She is EXTREMELY LAZY and is not a good example of what an owner should be. Do better

Nice bar and grille where many of the locals go to dine. Service was fast and friendly. Full menu with a "Mexican" tilt. Good place to eat, drink and catch an orioles game.
