Asked about the bag coffee differences and the person I spoke with wasn't very attentive or knowledgeable and then when checking out they did not put my drink order in the system so after waiting around and not seeing my drink, I asked one of the barista's and they made my drink order right away and I had it in hand before I finished paying for it. Barista was great and helpful but the cashiers customer service was lacking. Hopefully just an off day for the cashier.
Great team of talented baristas that can work with all level of coffee aficionados.Their guidance through Ceremony's coffee menu and recommendations on brewing is excellent. We come for the single origin bags, but also stay and sit with a cup of coffee. Always a good vibe when we come here.

I like this place a lot. My only complaint is that it's so bloody cold in there!! I freeze and my coffee cools off very fast. In the summer it's like a refrigerator and sitting outside is difficult if you're trying to work because of the glare, plus all the traffic.
