Order at the counter trash can at the door place. I tip well when I eat out but don’t really see how they can ask for a 20% tip in a place like this. They put out lots of healthy options but are pretty ordinary in the bowl dining category. I don’t believe that service people are obligated to be slaves to a customers emotional needs but a smile or friendly demeanor would help this place. Ambiance is typical fast food style with overly loud music.

Ordered 2 salads online around 1:30pm to pick up later in the afternoon at 4:10pm. And I got text updates that my salads were ready to pick up at 2:03. OVER 2 HOURS BEFORE my scheduled pick up time. And when I finally picked up my salads at the scheduled time, my salads barely had any dressing on them. Very disappointed with this location. Because they have done much better with past orders.

Chopt was my go to when it was closer to me but I haven't had it in a while and saw this while I was driving by and I was happy I stopped. The salad is always fresh. This location was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It wasn't too crowded which I love so I would definitely go back.

I loved every bite of my salads, although I wish they had iceberg lettuce. I ordered a salad, and even though it came with it, and I said I wanted everything it came with, I was appalled when the employee dared add one of the toppings I said I wanted. He very kindly made me a new salad. I asked for medium dressing, and I thought he squirted way too much, so I had him add some more romaine. After he was done mixing, I asked for an extra scoop of chicken, which to my surprise was not free. How dare they charge me for extra of an expensive ingredient. Speaking of prices, I was surprised at how expensive my salad was when I got to the register, why should I look at the prices very clearly listed on the menu before ordering, or listen when told extra things aren’t free?! After my order, I stole a drink of tea with the one of the free water cups, which the rude manager dared point out and throw away. The dressing that was labeled as being spicy, and that I had an opportunity to try before adding it to my salad was too spicy, so I berated the first teenaged employee I could find. Once my power trip was over, the employees remade my salad with a less offensive dressing I still refused to try beforehand. 10/10 would recommend.

The salad had to grilled chicken, had some weird pulled meat. sauce they added tasted off and Mayne 2 hours after I threw it up. It made me throw up the whole night. Definitely NOT worth 16$.

i went to this location in annapolis maryland to pick up a doordash order. there were curtesy cups for people to drink something while they wait. this tall black guy who works there came and took the cup n threw it in trash and he was so rude to me. i never expected to be treated like this just because i took a drink that they have it for people who are waiting for food. the management need to teach their employees how to behave with customers. it was unacceptable i m so disappointed. as a doordash driver we always go to restaurants and they always offers us drinks while we wait. it was just so rude how i was treat. Really really disappointed

Ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken and the dressing in the side. A Cobb salad drenched in dressing was delivered with wilted lettuce. It was AWFUL!!

Staff was severely sloppy!! Didn't pay attention to any details. Guy almost made me the wrong salad as I'm standing directly in front of him telling him what not to do as it wasn't correct to my order. My salad was inedible as they put so much dressing on it, It's now soupy.I loved this franchise down south but this has been a HUGE FAIL here at this location. Hardly any good seasonal menu choices as what I've grown accustomed to in other locations. It was at least being cleaned when I went inside to get my order.
Ordered 2 make your own salads, 1 hot, 1 cold, both with chicken and 4 toppings each, just the 2 salads, no drinks....total cost 31.00, I was shocked. I have been to Chopt many times before, and it has never cost over 30.00 for 2 salads. When asked to look at the receipt, the female Asian employee gave a deep, disgusted sigh and quickly spun the screen around. While the food tasted good, I will not be returning because of employee attitude and price... Good Luck Chopt with your hiring and pricing policies.Parking: Shopping center parking, crowded at lunch time.

This was my first time here and I can't wait toreturn! It's a small establishment with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. The bathroom is hidden around the corner to the left of the take out order counter. (It took me a second to find it.) I ordered one of the specials for July - the Summer Corn Caesar Salad. It was delicious!!! It was also super easy to substitute the jalapeños with cucumber. The guy making my salad was very patient and kind as I decided. I wasn't sure about a "fast food" salad place, but wow was it good. I should've know though... cause a salad always tastes better when someone makes it for me.
