The manager on duty this afternoon (1/1/24) is the worst. What a poor representation of what a manager is! Today I went to purchase 4 Cinnabons. I asked if I could get the hot ones under the light, the cashier that was assisting me explained that if I purchased the ones from under the light I would be charged for them individually and reassured me that the ones in the pack were baked today. I was a little disappointed however, it’s the store’s policy. I digressed and asked for an extra cup of frosting as a courtesy. The manager walked up and said “No”. I explained to her my reasons for asking if I could get it for free. I mean, I’m buying cold Cinnabons with one small cup of icing. Asked her why and her response was we already giving you one as if she’s doing me a favor. No smile, very cold and blunt with her responses. I asked for the general manager’s information and she gave me someone else’s name. I refunded my complete order.

Me & My Family Wanted Some Cinnamon rolls So We Stopped In Annapolis. As Soon As We Walked To The Cinnabon The Young Lady Had A Attitude. So I Asked For A 6 Pack And She Was Mad I asked For That. So I Go To Pay She Yells Out We Don't Take Hundred Dollar Bill's Have A Nice Day. So We Go Get Change And Get Home To Some Half Cook Cinnabons This Place Has Went Down Hill And It Doesn't Help It's A Manager Working There With A Bad Attitude. I Would Never Spend A Dollars At This Location Again

This is one treat the entire family looks forward to. After having dinner at a local restaurant right there at the mall we got a four pack of the large Cinnabon‘s to go and they were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and very efficient as we had to wait in line but the staff worked at a fast pace to keep the line moving. I highly recommend this location

Months ago a family member found a long hair in their Cinnabon that really grossed us out. Called the location to speak to a manager regarding it and they were very nonchalant. Went back today after months and the crew here has unbelievable attitudes. They told myself along with others that we would have to wait atleast 20min for Cinnabuns...the place is never crowded like it used to be years ago. Apparently now they've also stopped selling cinnastix. You also have to tell them to change their gloves after they've taken money so they don't touch your food with the same gloves. Worst of all nobody in the place is wearing hair nets but they all have long hair smh. Good luck eating those hairy Cinnabons

One of my All-Time favorite sweet treats. I'm a confectionery type. So I love bread, doughy, sweet deserts and snacks. Cinnabon never disappoints. It's in and out, my Joy of Eating in hand. Off to merriment.

I work over at the hospital and wanted to get a few boxes for the office. I arrived at 10:47 and was told by one of the ladies that they did not open until 12. So I looked a bit confused, and then she said 11. I waited around and went back at 11:15 to see both girls laughing and playing with a young man with nothing prepared or ready. I was a bit upset because usually they are ready. So money lost and Dunkin donut I will go.

The Asian man is rude and ill never go back there again! I was there 9/3/20 around 2 o'clock. When I walked over there no greet no assistance..he saw me and looked the other way. I had to get his attention. I started to walk away but I wanted my cinnamon bun. He had a nerve to have an attitude because I couldn't hear him through the mask. Cinnabon's corporate officials should let him go to serve general tso's cat meat to the ppl of Annapolis. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I should've checked the reviews before going to get that semi hard Cinnabon. It's ok the Cinnabon near my area has soft buns and knows how to treat me. I'd rather have some young people attend to me than his old ignorant a***
