Had an issue last night w/ my order being delivered to the wrong address. Not only did they replace my order, the driver went back to get the first one!! I think it says a lot about a place by how they fix mistakes, and this place handled it super well!!

I ordered two pizzas from this place and they gave me wrong orders. When I called Domino's and complained about it. They didn't even care to find out. I called them three times and emailed them two times for which I never got any response from anyone. I love Domino's but I didn't like the way they treat their customers. I think it's only because of their popularity they don't work on their complaints.Dietary restrictions: NONE

Pizza is fine but it was an hour before the pizza arrived. Never do delivery!! Worst ever! The floating baseline keeps changing so you never know exactly when your pizza will arrive. The store location did not accommodate either. Very disappointed!!

Worst service ever. 3 times ive ordered and all times over an hour delivery and cold food. Manager is rude when you call to get the order fixed. Then he dont fix it just says their busy.then he hangs upOn me.

We are loyal customers. We order from this dominos nearly every week. A few weeks ago we had a missing item, but I let it go. I wasn't driving back in traffic. Today we bring our pizzas home to open the box and find the strangest slice missing from our pizza. I sit here contemplating this, as I have never seen a pizza shaped like a legit PAC-Man. I can't fathom how it went into the oven and came out this way..? What black magic could have made this happen?I am not a scientist, nor a mathematician, but I did pass high school geometry. Armed with this knowledge, I cannot figure out how there is one extremely tiny slice on one side, without the opposite tiny slice appearing on the other side? Perhaps the pizza artist decided to trick us. Rather than the traditional 8-slice large pizza, he made only a half 5th cut to give us a 9-slice large pizza. Ah, very clever! But what then... happened to the 9th sample-sized sliver? Of all the weird quirky things that our pizza artist could have done to design our PAC-Man shaped pizza, I can't help but think that my pizza and some other pizza lovers pizza, took a nose dive ... and our pizza artist quickly attempted to piece the two puzzles back together and almost, ALMOST got it right. However, I was given one too little piece, and someone out there in Edgewater is feeling lucky having my one too large slice. Upon further examination, a few of these slices do appear to have sustained torso injury, further supporting my, "pizzas hit the floor and were pieced back together, theory."Gross, Dominos. Gross.

I tried. Given this location many opportunities- always something wrong with order. This time- order took one hour + and pizzas were ice cold (no joke- like almost felt like leftover pizza). That’s what I get for trying Dominos.
