Love this place! Had read about it and tried for first time with my husband after shopping at Home Sense. Different set up. Entrees are in refrigerated shelves. You select, and either take home, or they will microwave there and bring to your table. Just a few tables without lots of room between them, and a counter with several stools. Food quality is wonderful! Very fresh, regional, and great for dairy free, gluten free, plant based. Tom had Pad Thai, I had Honey Chicken with rice, each about $14. Filling, fresh veggies, not too salty and great flavor! I mistakenly thought mine didn't have soy, and it did, but it was on a list on darker background on the label, up from where I looked first. Still OK. No real problems. Tons of healthy bakery choices.... we had Eskimo Bars ($5.75 for four pieces), with dates, coconut, cacao, oats, maple syrup etc. dairy and gluten free.) We each had one at lunch, and we have two left for later today. He had espresso, and I had a Vietnamese latte. Total was about $43, but really enjoyable and different. They started as a food truck and now have locations in St. Michael's, Easton and Annapolis (near Trader Joe's). Staff was just super. They have a great mural with their timeline, from food truck in 2016 until now. I'm a fan!Dietary restrictions: All products have ingredient labels. Good choices for plant based, dairy free, gluten free. Their niche is healthy, wonderful baked goods with no white sugar. Entrees... the labels have two ingredient lists.... one with the "main description," and one with the full list. I made the mistake of thinking mine didn't have soy, and it did.... I didn't notice the list on the darker background. Staff is really nice. Espresso bar... alternate milk choices, plus teas and smoothies. Really geared towards dietary restrictions, but with enjoyable, tasty food that I didn't think was overpriced for the quality.

First time trying Sprout. The Annapolis location had lots of vegan options, friendly knowledgeable staff and service and an accommodating atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the food and coffee. Lots of other products like bread and wearables are available. I spent about $40.00 all in total just on myself, however, the prices range from about $1.00 to $10.00 for the food and drinks.Vegetarian options: Pre-made salads, entrées and desertsDietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian

Was walking into Home Goods but noticed Sprouts & I was hungry. I bought a thai chicken wrap & a lemonade. $18. Way over priced. More veggies than chicken in the wrap. The taste was meh. I won’t be going there again & you shouldn’t, either. Too expensive & quality was meh.

Had the best experience and meal here. The Cacao Acai bowl was hands down the best one I've had, basically heaven in a bowl. The Vietnamese Latte was also delicious. 10/10 recommend!

Love the healthy food options. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like yet! I have been doing my weekly “grocery shopping” here. Recently learned they can heat the food for you so you can eat it there for lunch, I had no idea. Coffee is on point and organic. Have always been offered help if needed. :)Best chicken and rice soup I’ve ever had. Organic. Local. Fresh. Healthy. One of the best options in the area.

Found Sprout while I was lookin for a place to go super early in the morning to kill some time, and it turned out to be a gem! It is the perfect place for people like me that has a super strict diet (no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and vegetarian). I could find a variety of things I could eat without feeling sick from my stomach. Everything organic and local!Plus, the staff is super friendly.Vegetarian options: VeganoDietary restrictions: Gluten-free optionsSugar-free optionsLactose-free optionsWheelchair accessibility: Si

I stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a quick bite to eat. They have healthy grab and go options. They clearly identify GF, vegan etc...

I love the food. Super fresh and tasty. As I need (not just want) gluten free, I really appreciate their labeling. There is just one thing that bugs me. I pick up a lunch salad and chia parfait and take them to the checkout counter. The cashier and coffee maker enters it in a system, then turns the monitor around for me to select a tip level. 10, 15 or 20 percent. For no service. Thing is, I don't get paid unless I do something that someone is willing to pay for. I'm squeezed in the middle, and it's not comfortable.

Great food, tons of options, very cute little area to dine. I lived in Easton for awhile and never made it in to try anything there so I’m so excited to see they’re doing well and expanding (love that they have an interview with the story of how their business came about on the tables, great to see them succeeding). This is exactly the type of food I want to eat but don’t always have the time to make (nutritious, wholesome, delicious) so it’s nice there’s a place to grab already made options. Will definitely be back. Congrats to you both Emily and Ryan.

The food is delicious and I love that it’s scratch-made. But I would’ve loved it more if the baristas weren’t so dry and my latte wasn’t cold. From the second we walked in the store we could feel the judgment and unwelcoming aura of the baristas. I always greet everyone with a smile and a thank you, but at Sprout that was not returned. A simple “you’re welcome” goes much further than an “mmhm”.The Easton location is much more hospitable, and their lattes are perfect.

The Vietnamese cold brew and kombucha are so good! The baked goods (I've had the cookies, muffins, and cinnamon roll) were also excellent. Sahal, the barista, was so nice and knowledgeable about the company, and made really great recommendations on what to try. You can tell there are lots of customers who are
