My family and I were supposed to go to Miss Shirley's for breakfast this morning, but due to a 2 hour wait, we decided to eat here instead. This is your typical, comfy and cozy pub just outside of downtown Annapolis. The staff was accommodating and the food was delicious! Additionally, Mimosas!!! Can't go wrong with those either! I will be back.

Looks are not eveything.Although the food was good the atmosphere comes off as being high end, the menu was simple bar food service was very poor..3 different servers confused and not organized. On top of it all we got someone else's check.At this point it was laughable.

Overall a pretty good place. The indoor and outdoor seating is nice and the staff has been very pleasant every time I've been there. The fish and chips, burger, salads, and the few appetizers I've had have all been delicious. Only reason not giving five stars is because service has been a little slow on occasion, but not horribly. But mostly because for an Irish place I would expect a little more options on the menu both in terms of traditional Irish fare but also number of items to choose from. There really aren't that many entrees. If you are vegetarian there are extremely limited options here, so heads up if that's what you're looking for. But overall definitely worth visiting.

The food and drinks are amazing but they have got to improve their service. It has been bad for years (even pre-pandemic). The servers are pleasant but awful on simple timing and checking-in on tables, even when the restaurant is almost empty. We have to ensure we have twice the average time available to eat here because the whole process takes so much longer than it needs to.

You can check out the menu yourself. Fine Pub fare, obviously with an Irish flare served by willing, capable and responsive people. Top off your meal with a couple of eggs!!!!

I struggled so much to find a restaurant in downtown Annapolis that would take reservations for outdoor seating. Fado to the rescue! This place is amazing. Gorgeous outdoor fountain really added to the ambiance, and it was so nice and spacious out there. Pat took great care of us, at our table of 2, as well as my daughter and her friends, at a table for 7. The pear blue cheese salad with blackened salmon was AMAZING. And the chef was so helpful earlier that day on the phone, with dealing with our food intolerance issue. Thank you, Fado Irish Pub!

I made a reservation with Open Table. When I arrived at Fado, there was no hostess. I asked 2 waiters if they could seat me. They looked at me and said they are very busy, just sit anywhere. I had reserved a table for outside in shade. There were none available. So after we sat ourselves, a waitress came by about 15 minutes later and took our drink order. She came back with our drink, we ordered, she brought us our food eventually and I never saw her again. I had to go up to the bar to get my own drinks. The waitress was super pleasant and was clearly not her fault she was so busy. I blame this on management. What a disappointment. Food was fair for bar food.

Fado is a solid Irish pub. It is a nice facility with a large patio. They have a solid beer selection and food is tasty. I've had the traditional breakfast in the past and it was delicious. This time we had the reuben rolls, wings and the Irish version of poutine. Service was a bit slow but very friendly. It is a great spot for before and after football games.

Incredible!!! Eggs Benedict is scrumptious! Avocado ? toast, add an egg, and you will crave it for days. Orange Crush drink, was so yummy!! You can't go wrong with the food and drinks!!!

We had a reservation through Open Table. They were running behind, very busy and very understaffed. The staff was working hard but could not keep up, which resulted in terrible service. They really should not have taken all of the tables they did, they were far too overwhelmed. It was very loud and very hot inside. Six out of seven of us liked our food.

We went for dinner. The atmosphere is traditional Irish Pub. They serve a huge soft pretzel with good mustard and cheese - excellent for sharing. The BBQ wings were very good and the burger was also very good. Also the fries and salads were good. Service was a little slow but they got hit with a bunch of tables when we came in, so understandable, and the server was very friendly.

terrible service. they were way overbooked. It was dark and loud and we weren't sat until an hour after our reservation. Our drink order was incorrect. And it was extremely hot inside the restaurant.
