Mike has been our server for the past 3 time we’ve gone. In each occasion, he has given us amazing service & his attention to detail gives you the welcoming atmosphere. He remembers that I don’t eat cheese & when I placed my order he made sure to remind me it had cheese so we removed it. The food is great as well! But the service from Mike makes it worth coming to this location!

I have eaten here 3 times; with 2 different groups of women and once with my 11year old grandson, who says: “the pancakes were really good and fluffy, the sausage was a bit cold but I waited a bit before I ate it.” I’ve always gotten the “2 for you” deal and soup, salad and sandwich are always delish. Bit pricey- 3 entrees, no drinks, $48.50.

My chorizo omelet has no chorizo, but was otherwise a good omelet. The coffee was a touch bitter, black, but overall the food was very good. We had the lemon ricotta pancakes, and they were great. I liked the home fries, too.

Me and my cousins came in to eat breakfast. I’ve previously dined here with great service. However, this time our waiter was extremely rude. He took our order and once he came to give us our drinks he spilled some juice on our menus and table. He didn’t apologize or offer to get us napkins to clean it up. He was extremely impatient when it came time for us to order, he rushed through it so he had to comeback to ask us questions about our orders. All the other tables he was serving received water but we had to ask him for waters. We finally received our food and one minute after we received it he came over with our checks and never came back to check up on us. I was really disappointed in our service and he seemed to be really kind to all the other tables. I don’t want to make assumptions but we were the only minorities he was serving.

We've been to other First Watch locations and enjoyed them. We were going to go shopping in Annapolis, so we decided to go to that location (we had never been there before). My wife saw that the wait was 25-30 minutes, so we went ahead and put ourselves on the wait list to make sure we didn't have to wait too long when we arrived. It took us a little over 20 minutes to get there. The parking lot is awful, and the spots seem a little narrow. I know that's not First Watch's fault, but it was still uncomfortable. As we walked up, we noticed that a TON of people were waiting to get in. We checked in and still had to wait another 20 minutes. So it's been over 40 minutes just to get in. Also, the gentlemen at the host station was pretty abrasive dealing with people as they approached the desk. When we finally got seated, we found out why people were waiting so long. At least a quarter of the tables needed to be bussed. It took about 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken, so we went ahead and ordered our food at the same time. It took about 20 minutes to get our food (which is not bad), but in the 30 minutes we sat there, none of those tables got bussed, and people were still waiting. It wasn't until I took a picture of the table below and a server happened to see me, suddenly the tables got bussed and cleaned. Food was GREAT as always, but the dining area management was horrendous. We may give this place a chance in the future, but definitely not anytime soon. Even though we loved our food, the overall experience was not good.Parking: A lot of businesses share the same parking lot, so parking can be a premium. Also, the spaces seem narrower than other parking lots.

We ordered eggs over easy, they came out fully cooked all the way through, so they replaced the eggs, then the eggs came out just over and the whites were still raw, we just kept them and gave up on that. We were given coffee, and mind you. This was a late breakfast and the restaurant was not very full. We had no spoons to stir our coffee cream and sugar with. The waitress was the only bright spot. She of course got us coffee and did offer to replace the eggs... We didn't have all day to have the eggs cooked a third time, a bright spot is the blueberry pancakes were very good.

I learned of First Watch in Dallas on a work trip and was very excited when I realized there was a location in Annapolis. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. I always get the Million Dollar Bacon in Dallas which has a great spice to it with some syrup; however, in Annapolis it was mostly fatty bacon with a lot of syrup and barely any spices. I also ordered the pesto quinoa bowl and it came out soupy and soggy, with significant extra sauce in the bowl. Greet staff was kind and professional, but our server introduced herself and asked for our order, then barely acknowledged our response and just walked away. Very disappointed in my $25 breakfast and will not be returning to this location.
