Today was the grand opening of Fresh Green Annapolis and I was very impressed with how smoothly things were running, day 1. All the staff were pleasant and patient and made really great recommendations on things to try. I ended up getting the Kale Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad. I subbed out Kale for their Arcadia blend and added arugula as the base and croutons for some crunch and ended up with one of the better salads I’ve had in a while. My husband and I went the Grand Opening on Saturday. It was wonderful from the beginning to end. Everyone was so kind, we ordered the corn/shrimp chowder soup, jerk chicken salad and the jerk salmon salad……. Everything was delicious. The service was Excellent!!We ate our food there, we had a nice table. I almost forgot the lemonade, it's a must have!!! My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.
