A consistent treat. The only place in Annapolis I’ll get oysters anymore- always shucked to perfection. The tuna is basic in the best way- allows the quality of the fish to shine. The whipped goat cheese is what I would choose for my last meal’s dessert.Staff is always willing to let you try a few wines if youre in between selections.

Great place. Wonderful food and friendly service. This place is small and intimate...so book a reservation if you want a table.

The food never disappoints! We choose the oysters to start. Delicious! Crunchy with breadcrumbs and bacon! I choose the short ribs served with polenta and maple glazed carrots, to die for! My husband ordered the black grouper with riced cauliflower and spinach purée. Lovely! Both meals fantastic ! We still ordered dessert. Pumpkin crème brûlée. A truly wonderful finish to the night. Our service was impeccable it felt a bit bright so I asked if the lights could be turned down and quickly the staff obliged. Lovely atmosphere. One of my favorite places in Annapolis by far!

Too unpredictable for us. After trying here off and on over the years (we have been long time customers of the wine shop next-door) tonight was our last shot. The service was spotty and it's very loud. My husband had steak frites, which is one of his favorites and he ranked it as so-so. I ordered bouillabaisse (one of mine). My dish was over salted and had none of the traditional flavor of bouillabaisse. I was going to go with it, until I found a very long hair in one bite! The waiter asked if he could get me something else and I asked for steamed mussels. Long story short, they took the bouillabaisse off the tab and charged for the mussels. My family has a long history in the hotel, restaurant and hospitality business and this was not how I would have expected the problem to be handled. So, we are done with this place...

The food was exceptional... sea scallops, mussells, frites, and fried green tomatoes with shrimp. Service excellent as well. Worth a visit if you are a foodie and enjoy wine.

We went to go get a bite to eat after a good game of pickleball . We got seated right away and the server was very good. The food was outstanding and was also a good size portion.

My wife and I stopped in after spending some time on boat chores. This place was recommended by one of the yard workers at Port Annapolis. We are so glad we stopped in. The wines curated here are a cut above the standard mass market bottles you find everywhere else, at very reasonable prices. For dinner, my wife had the mushroom pepardell with balsamic onions. She described it as a pasta version of French onion soup. I enjoyed the bistro filet, so steak frite with an au poive covering the plate. It turned the fries into a semi poutine. This was our first visit, but not our last.

The wine selection here is top notch, the food is very good and the service is great as well. It’s also dog friendly in the porch out front.

First experience here at Grapes Wine Bar and I have to say it was different but still a great experience. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. She made great suggestions and food came out fast and thorough.

I've been here over the years and pretty surprised I've never reviewed it.We decided to go early - 4pm opening and the first customers. We wandered over from the wine store. We sat at the bar and dug in.We sampled the wines featured on the chalk board. Great service by the bar server. Very attentive. We had a few charcuterie boards (I mean they're $5 a piece) to warm up. We later had some dinner - the sliders and a cone (literally) of fries. They used to have happy hour prices (maybe during covid), but now not so much. It's fine as the prices are still pretty good. Very highly recommended.
