This is a sleeper value pick for quality dining in the heart of Annapolis. You'll find generous portions for the price compared to the local white-cloth fare (especially if you stick with the apps, brunch, and casual options). We have yet to try the dinner entrees or cocktails, but they sound very nice. The staff are busy, attentive, and polite.Today we had the cream of crab soup, turkey croissant, and the Ensign pizza. Picture included. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon for drinks and a different pizza.Edit: Try the french fries if you have space. They are among the best I've ever eaten!

We dined at wine cellar at Harry Browne’s. You’re almost 100% guaranteed to get lost finding your way to cellar. You can be annoyed by that or find it to be yet another adventure as I did (even after being directed by the host at the front).Good wine selection (if you want a cocktail, you have to ask for that…you’re in a wine cellar). The staff was lovely, the food was decent (the crab dip was great!)Downside, the cellar is unsurprisingly an internet dead zone. That may be good for staying unplugged. But we did have a situation where someone at home couldn’t reach one of us for a fairly serious issue.

Had a very large group (20+) upstairs. We had ONE waitress, Cindy, who was simply amazing. She did an extraordinary job, remembered all orders, what people were drinking, etc. Never flustered, always incredibly nice. What an amazing individual she is!! Food, drinks and atmosphere in upstairs room were all excellent.

Great restaurant atmosphere. The service was excellent and very friendly. We had asked to hold making the entrees until we were done with the appetizers. Unfortunately, we noticed the meals arrived but was sent back before reaching us. The meals arrived lukewarm and the creme brulee desert was gelatinous.

One of the best overall restaurants in MD in terms of food, service, ambience, location and just overall coolness factor. On State Circle and strollable to MD Avenue, Main Street and downtown. Reasonably priced, for a fine dining experience.

The food was great. I had the salmon which smelled fishy but cooked perfectly! The mini desserts were so delicious. The salad was fresh, and the cherry tomatoes were sweet.
Had a lovely Christmas Eve brunch with my family. The steak and eggs did not disappoint. The best part of the meal were the beignets.

We visited on Saturday December 2. I had set a reservation one week before and let the staff know that at that time we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. No effort at all was given to recognize the birthday. I even got up and spoke with the hostess and she said she let our waitress Karen B. know. Karen was inattentive, late to the table and not very warm at all. The restaurant was not busy at the time. The food was good but the service made the whole experience one that was very forgettable. We will not be back and will certainly not recommend this restaurant to anyone we know.Scott A. Holden

The food was very similar to all the other restaurants in Annapolis. I was hoping for something more special but I had no complaints. The food was good. The waitress gave me an excellent table which I was happy with. She was the only waitress working at the time I was there so the service wasn’t the great but I understand. She worked really hard for everyone.Parking: You will have to pay for parking or get very lucky to find a free spot. Good thing is that parking doesn’t cost too much.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very old so the only bathroom is upstairs in the bar area. So if you are bad with status or in a wheelchair, you will have a rough time using the restroom.

The first thing I noticed was that the place was very pretty, we also got our food very quickly and it was very good. The people there were very friendly. I had an amazing time there with my family.
