Disgusting hygiene habits. I went in and the worker was sweeping the floor, wearing gloves. He then took my order with the same gloves, totally fine. Then he proceeded to make my sandwich with the same nasty gloves he was using to sweep the floor and touch the nasty cash register! He also handled his headphones with the same gloves while making my sandwich. God only knows what else he touched with those gloves before I walked in.Absolutely disgusting and I will never eat here again.

Don't go here! I stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches for dinner. There was no line, but it took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were standing at the register. The employee charged me for 2 of the giant-sized subs when I had only ordered one, but without a receipt, I didn't find that out until our meals had been made. Then it took them THIRTY MINUTES to throw together two sandwiches! And there wasn't a line or multiple online orders ahead of us that they were working on! They seriously were trying to figure out our two sandwiches for most of that time. I got spoken to by the woman making the subs about how I should know that all of them come with lettuce tomato and Mayo, so why did I tell the register guy that I wanted that? Didn't I know that it's already on there? (Nope, I didn't.) Maybe your employees should explain that to patrons? So I'm out $37 and over a half hour of my day for crappy sandwiches that didn't even taste good. Don't waste your time or money here.

Walked in an ld bought a Diet Coke as it was hot outside. Asked if I could have a plastic fork to eat the meat off a sandwich that I had bought from their earlier. Employee told me only if I bought pasta salad. Times must be really tough if you can't provide customer with a plastic utensil. Employees were rude and I won't be back

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but something always seems to go wrong, missed order details, completely forgetting about orders, etc.

Walked in a little before 9 and ordered a sandwich. I was immediately struck by how small a $10 sandwich has become here. Then at 9:07, and halfway through my meal, I was asked to leave because they were closing. Read the other reviews: Jimmy John's is begging you to eat somewhere else. Besides, Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches.

Extremely frustrating experience. After having the employee cough in my ear the whole time she was taking my order over the phone, my food takes almost an hour to get to me. She told me 15-20 minutes, not freaky fast as advertised. Then, I get my food it’s not made the way I requested. I asked for no ice in my drink, of course there is ice and the soda taste like it needs to be replaced. I asked for very light onions, that was not the case. I requested extra mayo, not even the normal amount. Very disappointing.

The food there was fine, but I was really disappointed in the poor customer service. When I got to the counter to place an order I was completely ignored and not acknowledged as if I didn't even exist until a supervisor had to tell the employee who was 2 feet in front of me to pay attention. Not even a single hello or how are you, or how can i help you at all. Customer service no longer exists in the world we live in I guess. I will be going to a friendlier Jimmy Johns if I can hopefully find one.

Online ordering says delivery may take longer than usual. I ordered ONE sub at 11:56am, by 1:00pm it still was not here, so I called the store at what point the employee checked on my order and said 20 more minutes. At 1:45pm my food was still not here and I called again and spoke to the same employee as he told me that my order was sitting right in front of him and he was waiting for a driver to get back to the store. Still waiting on my order at 2:07pm. I called the store AGAIN and spoke with the same employee as the other 2 times and ended up cancelling my order- the employee apologized and said that he thought I was coming to get the order (which was NEVER said) He said he was going to cancel and refund back on my card in 2-5 business days. Absolutely horrible. Will not be ordering from here again.

For whatever reason, the shift manager would not allow the cashier to redeem the reward in my account. I sent feedback to customer service and have yet to hear from the franchise owner.This is not how you keep returning customers. Will go elsewhere unless the issue is addressed.

I ordered on 12/5/2022 from door dash- Jimmy johns takes their own door dash orders. Was quoted 3 hours after an hour of waiting for my food. They still charged me and I can never get a hold of a store manager to refund me. Absolutely will never order from here in my lifetime. Still out 23.55$ and a headache from having to complain about this.

Rudest customer service EVER! First we had to bag our own food, then when I got back and opened my food it was wrong. They added items that arent even on the sandwich to begin with. I called the restaurant and the phone was answered by the rudest person ever who wanted to argue with me about the validity of my order. She wound up getting snippy with me and telling me she would refund it "this time". Well that will be the only time because I will NEVER go back.
