Seated myself and waited approximately 10 minutes and wasn't helped. Called from room and placed order. 45 minutes later went down to check, they never started preparing the food, then told me they were out of what I had ordered anyways. Severely disappointed, extremely unprofessional staff. Avoid at all costs.

Needed a place for a breakfast meeting with co-worker. We met at Kitchen on West street in downtown Annapolis. We had yogurt parfait and crab cake eggs benedict. Both were very good- the crab cake was delicious - mostly lump crab not a lot of filler. Great way to start the day! Our server was Jada - delightful. Quick service - we'll be back.

The new menu is awesome. I was with a group of colleagues and everyone had a great meal. Also amazing service by Kristen, great knowledge of the menu and very helpful. Cannot wait to come back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hotel lobby restaurant with awful food and service. Nashville chicken sandwich was two chicken tenders on a roll with ketchup and lettuce. By the way, they didn't have the first two items I actually wanted. One person serves as the server, bartender and bus person. Sloooooowwww. Ambience doesn't exist. Waste of money risk factor 10/10. STAY AWAY. Plenty of great places nearby.

The hostess. The Staff. The server. The bartender. The valet security team. The food (I ordered the Ribeye w/Brussels) and the drinks ALL AMAZING!!! Will definitely visit soon especially when dining in Annapolis!

The menu and atmosphere are enticing but the drinks and service were not. It was a bad sign when, upon entering, the waitress and bartender didn't know how to confirm a reservation with OpenTable. We were seated quickly since it was empty at 5:45 on a Saturday, but the service was underwhelming and we had to wait a long time to pay the check after we were ready. Even thought I had little confidence in the bartender, I couldn't help but order the smoked old fashioned since it is one of my favorite drinks. The ingredients were badly mis-measured and there was no hint of smoke whatsoever. Also, I'm confident they used "table syrup" instead of the "organic pure maple syrup" as advertised on the menu. Even though I hate to waste a drink, I left half of this one because it was so poorly prepared. My friend's Orange Crush drink was equally unbalanced with far too much vodka and not enough flavor from the other ingredients. She only had a couple of sips, then couldn't stomach any more. We quite enjoyed the hummus plate, impossible burger, and smashed burger. I do not intend to return to this establishment. It seems to have great promise since it is a lovely environment and good food but the delivery and execution of beverages was poor.

The atmosphere and service was great. We didn't know before arrival that it's actually located in the hotel. It was a nice low key vibe. The service was wonderful but the food could have definitely been better.

Great staff, great food and drinks and one of the few places that allows dogs inside!

We ate here before heading out for a show. My husband had to salmon with blue cheese Brussel sprouts and smashed potatoes. I had a bacon grilled cheese sandwich. Both meals were good, nice presentation and arrived quickly. The wine we were going to order was not in stock; which was disappointing--however we were comped two glasses of our second choice which was unexpected and more than made up for the inconvenience.

They were very understaffed which meant the bar tender was also serving the dining room. Reservations are not needed here. When we arrived, we mentioned we made a reservation, we were told "this place doesn't need reservations."
