It is difficult to say too much as I did not spend too much time there. It looked like a fun and busy atmosphere. The front desk was busy but responsive.

The food was excellent. The server was very friendly and attentive. The only issue was the wait for the beautifully crafted cocktails. They need a 2nd bartender. We were there early and it wasn't crowded but still had quite a wait on our drinks.

Second time there, food stand outs were the duck confit, harvest salad (a bit small for the price but delish), and the tuna tartare. Rum cake also good, not so much the banana bread pudding. Drinks were lovely!

Went with a friend for a Monday night dinner. Cute little place on West St. The waitress was very friendly. She explained the menu and got us drinks right away. We ordered a winter salad, mixed charcuterie board, brussels sprouts and chicken bulgogi lettuce wraps. Items came out staggered as the waitress had told us, a little faster than we would have liked (but certainly better than coming out too slowly.)Everything was delicious especially the salad & brussels sprouts. Larger portion sizes than I had expected. Definitely coming back!

Been here a handful of times and loved it. About a decade back, my wife and I had our rehearsal dinner on the second floor. Most recently went over to have some drinks after eating at a different restaurant because my wife loves their gimlet. The bartender was beyond excellent and made me a great bourbon Manhattan. The bar upstairs had a ton of room for us to spread out and relax with a nice cocktail.

This is a fantastic gem in Annapolis. The name speaks for itself, Level a small plate...." but the food was large in taste. We started with truffle mac and cheese, warm caprese salad and crab Flatbread. The mac and cheese was cheesy and gooey delicious. The caprese salad was packing a lot of flavor.. heirloom tomatoes were delicious. Brussell sprouts were deliciousThe Flatbread crab and arguala was just ok..not enough crabmeat or crab dip.It was more like an oily fishy flatbread with arugula. The salads both winter and cheasepeake were outstanding. The oysters in the cheasepeake were fried to perfection and the hint of horseradish in the salad was perfect. I will definitely get this salad every time I come, if they have it. We also ordered the lamb chops and short ribs..delicious! I will definitely be returning..sooner rather than later. And lets not forget the specialty drinks are definitely over the top! The Burbonapolis and spiced pear sangria were very good. I believe our server's name was Tracey. Thank you Tracey for great service and great recommendations.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for the first floor only.

The food and atmosphere was top notch. We tried several plates each being more delicious than the last. Definitely worth a visit, will be going back!

Came here on a Wednesday evening prior to seeing a concert. It was pretty empty, but that was likely because happy hour had just ended and it was raining outside. The venue is dark and romantic, and is very deceiving when you first enter. It looks quite small but upon walking back toward the bar, you can see that there is a larger dining area under the staircase. (And also, perhaps more dining on the second level?) The food was excellent. Grilled sirloin was fantastically cooked (medium rare, the only acceptable option other than rare lol), and was super flavorful. My favorite was the current restaurant week special though: scallops with aguachile. The plates here are small, as it is a tapas bar, but I found them perfectly sized for one person such as myself. The portions are enough that a couple plates would fill you up if you didn't want to share. But if you are looking to try a bunch of plates, between two people 4-6 plates should do the trick. Drink wise, I ordered the blood orange sangria which wasn't that great. The sweet to sour ratio was imbalanced with it mostly just being very sour and slightly watered down from the ice. Our waitress, Tracey, was very sweet and so helpful. So the great service and amazing food is worth overlooking the lackluster cocktail. Also, I'm sure if I told her I didn't like it, it would've been switched out but I was too involved in my conversation. All in all, I definitely will be back!

Food is AHMAZING! Looked up a place to go at 6pm on a Saturday and this place was wide open. I was a little worried, but the reviews were grea so we gave it a shot. The cocktails were delicious - I had the Bourbonapolis which was very tasty. There were three of us and we ordered 7 plates total which was plenty. Service was great - super friendly. All the plates were delicious, scallops stole the show, but everything was great.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. Has it changed hands? My friends plate that her lettuce wraps were on today was covered in many small black hairs... The dish was taken off our bill but the experience makes us hesitant to come back. Really sad. Also my oysters smelled very off.

Tried to add myself to the waitlist online and it said "no wait, come on in!" We arrived moments later and were told no walk ins at all tonight.
