*Dining room was freezing cold (inhospitable) at less than 60 degrees, wanted to dine inside but couldn't stay in there.*Cokes consistently don't have any carbonation in them and are nasty as a result. McDonald's is known for having great tasting fountain drinks but this location completely fails.*On the plus side the staff was friendly.*Other locations will now get my business- not this one.

The early morning staff are RUDE and slow! The workers are always talking and don't come to the counter. I always have to raise my voice to get their attention then they act even more rude by not greeting me! She stood with her hands on register glaring at me! NO greeting and NO asking for my order.... not 1st time it has happened here either

Asked a question about orders one of the employees got upset and the two managers as well the proceeded to cuss me out in Spanish, wether it be in any language that is just in professional, all over a question about orders on the display.
Diet prevents regular visits, but when I can, I choose the Big Mac, medium fry, and Dr. Pepper! Always the best!

Gladys one of the managers has no people skills whatsoever. She is extremely rude towards customers and honestly needs to be dismissed and terminated. I will never return here while she is still employed by the company.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Annapolis for both pick ups and delivery! I do DoorDash and the workers never acknowledge the driver until we are walking away with the order in hand ourselves! The cock eyed Spanish lady is rude as hell and needs to be fired or trained on customer service!

Got the order wrong. Burger and fries, that's all. Went back only to watch employee did thru the trash looking for the receipt. Didn't wash hands afterwards. Threw the order at me, as it were my fault. She was rude and I kept cool. Threw food out and went elsewhere.
