[8/3/21 purchase] The pita pocket I chose was a tasty and healthful selection. The problem I encountered at check-out was twofold. First, the fellow at the register charged me for an item costing at least $2 more than the one I ordered and received. Innocent mistake? Maybe. After correcting the error, he then charged me more for my item than the posted menu indicated. I brought the second error to his attention, but all he did was say, "Yeah, the price went up. We haven't changed the sign yet." It seemed like he could not have cared less. He did not attempt to rectify the situation. I chose not to argue the matter this time. Very simple solution- charge the price on your posted menu until you change it to reflect the new price. Suggestion- before paying, customers should be sure to double-check what they are being charged.

Great healthy choice on the go. Love that there are lots of options for toppings. Great portion size for the price. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy order ahead option.

Similar to CAVA, but with way more topping options and better portions. All of the toppings seemed to be very fresh. The guy working there was friendly.

So I love Mezeh but I will stop going. Customer service is everything to me and when I do not get it I am a little upset. This place tries the charge but wants to give you hardly any meat now wants to charge extra for half and half meat. Then after I go to pay I ask wheres is the bread that comes with it oooooooo we do not have any today well that should of be stated. Im tired of places getting over on the people who support them

They were out of both falafel and the other vegetable option for their protein, so I had to go somewhere else to eat. Totally unacceptable for a Mediterranean place to be out of both of their vegetarian options. When I asked when more would be ready, the employee told me they were “just out of it”.

Great food. However - this Mezeh is perpetually understaffed and rarely have all the food items on their menu in-stock. Ive gone several times at different times of the day, and I feel so terrible for the employees because they are working so hard and are always behind, dealing with long waits, and frustrated customers.Management here needs to step it up, it’s been like this long enough and it’s forcing customers elsewhere. Start to staff up already so you have your menu available and reduce wait times

I go to the Annapolis mall just to get Mezeh. I don't shop lol, I just get Mezeh. I've been a number of times, usually getting three bowls for the family. They always get it right, and it's always delicious. They don't get freaked out by the fact that I am ordering three bowls. The Annapolis location is much better than the Crofton location, in all respects, including the taste of the food (should be the same, but it's not).

Ordered 3 bowl + pizza and they didn't deliver the third bowl. I called to get it delivered and they told me it was a special and that corporate didn't tell them about the specials and they can't make it (but charged me for it). They then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't process a partial refund and to call back later. They then refused to give me the manager's name. Horribly incompetent to the point of being fraudulent. I will contest with CC company.

Maybe I haven't found the right combination but for me the meat is dry and the baba ganoush is bland. I love the concept though and it's a quick and easy option that can be healthier compared to what else is available.
Super fast service and a great, healthier addition to the Annapolis Mall. Food looks just like on their website, so I don't have pics for this one. Of course, everything is made in-house and from scratch daily. Very flavorful and each ingredient tastes fresh. Compared to places like Cava and Roti, the portions at all Mezeh are formidable. Definitely a big bang for your buck. Unlike Cava, the protein options don't include roasted veggies, but instead of this they offer vegetable kefta, which is a nice change of pace from falafel or if you're not a fan of cilantro. Service is friendly and fast and I have been a few times now. Very close to the food court entrance to the mall, which makes for a fast pickup. This is my go-to spot for eating at the mall. If you don't like Mediterranean, please give this place/chain a try :)

I bought food and while my husband was paying, I left to use the bathroom. He picked up the bag. Upon my return I noticed that the bowl was not what I ordered so I took it back. The rude staff told me I ate the food and they cant do anything. I explained that I didnt eat it but was getting ready to when I noticed that the items I ordered wasn't in the bowl. Someone who said she is the manager who cant speak english was rude and nasty the way they kept the food area. They are all nasty Hispanics

The staff at this location are so kind and friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. We just ordered online and the food was ready to go and fresh when we arrived. I ALWAYS recommend! Thank you, Mezeh!
