As authentic as it gets. Viet family owned and operated, and the food is absolutely delicious every time. No matter what menu item I try, they truly DON’T MISS. Really great pho! I had the #31. There were also two separate groups of regulars that they greeted by name in the short time we were there, and to me that really speaks volumes! They also make their own chili sauce (siracha) and it was really really good. Lastly, we had some coffee thing, which came in like some kind of pour over contraption that they brought to your table and you get to watch it pour and then pour/ mix into your cup which was fun.
