The bagels are no longer bagels, they're rolls. A bagel should be chewy. The coffee is in urns and lukewarm. The prices are too high!

Panera is always good...you pick 2 is a favorite of mine...the creamy tomato soup is good with a 1/2 napa chicken salad sandwich...James my server/ cashier was friendly and professional...thank you Panera for another good lunch...Jan 15...another good breakfast sandwich...eggwhite, avocado, cheese on asiago...and hot ginger mint tea...yummy, while watching the snow fall...

Staff was friendly and actively keeping tables cleaned and trash cleared. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich tasted great, but definitely seemed a lot smaller than usual. There was only one tiny slice of tomato. Unfortunately, the broccoli and cheddar soup seemed quite watered down and not as good today either. I’m usually quite satisfied when I come here though. Hence a 4 rating. :-)
