I ordered veggie broth. Lacking in flavor big time. It only taste like sugar is put into the broth. No traditional flavors no star anise, clove fennel, cardamom etc serve my lacking in flavors. Also they have no mushrooms. That’s so weird to me for a pho place. The broth tends to be made with mushrooms too. I couldn’t pay extra for them they literally don’t have any mushrooms. A lot of non meat eaters substitute meat and tofu with mushrooms. delivery was quick and easy But it was also cold when arrived like warm rather. Annnd the broth was half way filled. Not worth the 23 delivery price! Where I’m from all of our pho restaurants give you broth filled to the top!

My takeout order was of Chicken pho with vegetables. I was surprised that the chicken was cold. I understand the broth would likely heat it up but just hasn't been my normal experience. Also, broth wasn't my favorite in that it had a strong spice taste ( I believe star anise). The broth was clear just not as flavorful as I'm use to. May try other items next time. The service was fast/good, and ambience nice.
Hey hey! This is my favorite Pho place so far, in Maryland! Because their Shrimp pho is SOO good! It slaps every single time! Their menu is simple and their food is consistently delicious! I’ve ordered takeout and I’ve dined in before and all were great experiences. Their spring rolls are fresh and their egg rolls are tasty too. Would definitely recommend!Also, I don’t eat beef so I can’t speak to their beef pho, but everything I’ve had was delicious

They do not respect dietary restrictions. I specifically asked for no pork and was still served pork.Dietary restrictions: They do not respect religious dietary restrictions. Even upon request prior to ordering food they refused to accommodate and served me the normal dish.

I hate to make things about race but I had an unusual experience. Let’s start with the pho itself.. it was just okay… I’ve had better! I purchased the shrimp pho, that was a joke. There was only 5 medium sized shrimp which I thought was pointless. I can say the both was pretty decent and the peanut sauce that came with the rice paper rolls was good… the rolls themselves I could’ve made them at home with my eyes closed!! I came in to make a takeout order, paid and went to my car to wait. Wasn’t greeted with a friendly smile or anything just “what do you need”. I should’ve left after the lack of customer service, but I was craving pho. Once I came back to pick up my order that was already paid for a guy at the front repeatedly told me I did not pay and proceeded to get someone from the back to confirm I did not pay! They was pretty disrespectful.. I understand not just taking my word for it but a different person came in prior and was given their food with no issues! Once he realized he was in the wrong he didn’t even apologize but that’s ok because I was going to proceed to make a lengthy first time transparent review. I will not be back and I’m sure there are better pho restaurants in the area.

We provide Chopsticks naturally to all guesses no matter the age but we do have forks when requested. Sir our staff was trying to calm you down since you were screaming at the servers for a fork and lid for water. Apologies but at the time the store was very busy and we try our best to attend to every guess. Reason why our server wanted you step outside, sir you had caused a scene and our other seated guess wanted to call law enforcement on you. To avoid this the server simply asked if you wanted to step outside so you can discuss any issues outside.( So you are the owner and Blocked my phone and calls? And you said the store was very busy? Others gues wanted to call law enforcement? It for me I’m okay but for my son I am not okay at all.When they gave me two bottles of water I asked a straw and folks for r my son. I did request when I placed the order.Liam the manager and Jassey)That’s how you served the customersKid-friendliness: They gave a chopstick for 2 years old kids and a covered water cup without straw. Instead of apology Jassey asked me to step outside. I asked the owner name and numbers the manager Liam refused to provide the owner information. I asked them what I needed a couple times and never get them also wrong product also
