Even though I like the pizza, I stopped ordering from this pizza hut after I realized they're charging a $5.99 delivery fee that they say doesn't go to the driver???If it's not going to the door dash drivers you use for delivery. How do you justify pocketing $5.99 for no additional effort or expense on your part???(Vizinni's located right next door doesn't do this to their customers).

It's pizzahut. Not sure why other people are expecting 5 star service at what's pretty much a fast food place. They even called to say I forgot to pick up a soda but I was already home by then. All my food was correct. Minus 1 star cause they were out of wings. Never seen that happen at a pizza hut before.

I love my Pizza Hut and the staff. The reason I rated this way it’s because so many times I picked up food there and saw that they don’t wear gloves when preparing the pizzas. For me, that’s disgusting ?. There are so many virus out there so we have to protect one another.

When you order and it comes to 32.98 and they WONT take a 50.00 that’s when I go somewhere else. My change would have been $22. And change ???? YOU LOST a 20 year customer. YOU SUCK !!!! Dominoes got my business from now on.

Called in an order at 8:45 not realizing that they closed at 9 and instead of them telling us they can’t take any more deliveries for the night, they took our order and payment and never dropped it off. Now I have to wait for a refund and was waiting for my food for an hour before I was able to reach a customer service representative. Horrible customer service.

Waited 4 hours for my food to show up. Showed up via DoorDash ice cold and the food was made incorrectly. Called the store manager and she only said that no one wanted to work today and to call corporate. This place is joke and will never get another order from me.

I can Into This Pizza Hut, 8:30pm, The Lady Ask If I order I said no, I Wanna order Now, SHE HAD SUCH A BAD ATTITUTE, Ask to Order Cheese Sticks And Also WINGS and Said They Turn The Friers Off, I Told her What time You Close She Said 9pm With Such a Bad Attitute Again & Literaly Starting Screaming And We can Make your Wings And I Said Where Is Ur Manager, She Left me STANDING in the Counter!!! So I told Her I will write a review & Call The office And She Scream She doesnt Care, So in the Same Street just 2 Minutes this place Had Wings & Pizza We I got, Amazing Customer Service, Here a Pic So You Guys Can go!!!

Paid $22 for a pizza that was a soggy mess and not even cut to the point where I go to pick up a slice and the crust just peels off and the rest of the pizza was not cooked. How incompetent do you have to be to mess up a standard 3 topping pizza. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

Not only was the New Yorker pizza very good, it was delivered hot and in 17 minutes. We've lived here for decades and never had a delivery within 30m. ?

We decided to try Pizza Hut in the Cape for the first time in 10 years. We now know it will be another 20 years before we try it again. It was horrible. The crust (thin & crispy) had no taste or tasted like cardboard. The Italian sausage so strange I couldn't tell if it were food, the black olives were sour, barely any cheese and the mushrooms were disgusting. Please find another pizza place. It isn't worth your money, time or taste buds.
