It doesn't matter what time you go here. You can go there 30 minutes after they open and the chicken is never hot, it's dry. And when you're trying to order something, they don't offer you any help or suggestions.Went there a long time ago. It was the same. I thought I'd give it Another try and it was still the same. Go to the one on west street they're pretty good

This was the worst food ever. I ordered door dash and I am unhappy. My food was not sandwiches' was very saggy like they recooked it and tossed it on the rolls my fries was cold and my chicken was wingdings and not wings no sauce was even on them at all and I ordered spicy wings I was given sauce on the side. I was very disappointed. The only thing that was good was my soda. NEVER AGAIN.

The food is good as always, but the customer service there leaves something to be desired even for Popeyes. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting to order. The two cars for me placed their order and got their food. when I pulled up to the menu to order, I just sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to respond to me before finally pulling up to the window and having them tell me they couldn’t hear me. Three of them standing there no one walked out to tell anybody. Glad the food is still good.

Or as my husband says, that is why you go to Popeyes. Always, reliably the same. Even though he is not a meat eater, he enjoys their sides, and continues to return.

This place doesn't even get one star rating the staff is very rude. I called 15 or 16 times on my cell phone to get a problem resolved with my order with my card because I never got the order with the delivery and they didn't answer the phone if it's the life of them that is very poor customer service I have never ever witnessed something that bad I'm never ordering or getting something from here ever again regardless of what location I despise this company and they should monitor and hire better people because this is just sad.

Me and my husband went there yesterday (08/09/21). I got the 3pc regular chicken tender, and he got the 5pc mild chicken tenders. Right when i started eating i felt sick, i couldn't finish but my husband was hungry so he ended up finishing everything besides the biscuit. That night he complains of TERRIBLE stomach cramps, he throws up violently that whole night. Non stop vomiting. We believe it's food poisoning this was the only meal we had that day besides breakfast earlier on.

Horrible. Horrible.. can i give it zero stars. Hate to see any place close. But this place i can't imagine being missed. Since I'm from out of town. The yelp reviews are not good either. I venture to popeyes often most any state and city. And this place is giving popeyes a bad name I was witness to a customer / employee cussing match. The sweet tea had nothing sweet about it. The sides portion was so small they did not cover the bottom of the cup. And this visit was the first time I've experience cold chicken from popeyes. Just a horrible experience
