I think its an issue with their website on doordash. About every other time we order a something gets screwed up. I have nothing but meat and cheese. Our HR director has no meat and cheese but all the toppings. CRAZY.

I love Pot Belly but the employees obviously do not at this location. They were rude and uninviting to me and my partner. I asked for light mayo and oil.. My big Italian was completely soaked. A beautiful store diminished by unenthusiastic service. Went on 1/7/24 around 3pm.

The staff on December 17, 2024 were extremely disinterested in being there much less friendly to their customers.. They all mumbled with scowling faces. The food was okay. The men's room was disgustingly filthy and obviously not cleaned this day. The toilet was backed up and there were no towels. They always seem to be out of diet sodas as well.

I had an unpleasant experience today at this establishment. The woman making my sandwich cut me off while I was explaining what toppings I wanted saying “that’s the next station” in a rude way. None of the employees were friendly, no smiles. Makes sense why they’re advertising everywhere in the store “now hiring”.
Ordered doordash from here and first the store gave our order to the wrong customer making our DD driver have to wait. Then when we got our order it was missing one of our sandwiches. The manager, while nice about, basically could only offer a refund for our order and couldn't do anything else because they didn't have a driver. This ruined a lunch date with my girlfriend.

Great sandwich! I was very impressed. The quality and flavor were spot on. The cookie butter shake is otherworldly! The team members were all very nice. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. Can't wait to come back!

Went for lunch on Thursday. First we waited to order for at least 10 minutes before the girl even said anything to us. Not Hello, or I will be with you in a minute. We grabbed our chips and went to sit down while hubby paid. He asked for fountain drinks and the guy said we don't have fountain sodas only the ones in the fridge. We ordered two sandwiches, pizza melt with only sauce and cheese and chicken and cheddar with only horseradish. We opened our sandwiches and were surprised to find lettuce all in the wrapping. Between the customer service and the do not care attitude with the preparing of good we will not visit again.
