Awesome! Get a flight of draft beers. Any food is great. Service is fantastic. Don't miss the singing fish on the hour.

Hefeweizen is amazing. Have tried the wings, crab dip and drunken tots so far and everything has been delicious. Best spot in West Annapolis

This is a fun place for lunch or after work. Great burgers and sandwiches and a wide selection of tap beers. I would like to see desserts added.

Dropped in a couple Sunday's ago on a date lunch with my wife. Parking lot was full at 11:30 right after they opened so we parked around the corner on Annapolis St. Yes, it was packed, as many stuck-up Annapolitan's have reviewed. They get testy when they can't park front and center in their Range Rover, toss on that Helly Hansen rain suit and slide in on their Sperrys. It's busy because it's new and it's awesome. RAR's had a strong reputation with their suds in Maryland for years now. We had the hot wings and loaded tots and both were delicious for the pub style grub RAR is going for. Burgers looked legit (a lot of other patrons were ordering them), but we were too full on wings and adult beverages to partake. If you don't mind sitting on long German style Octoberfest tables with randos, check this place out. Server was top notch and the beer and food will keep us coming back. Just wish it was closer to Arnold or Crownsville so could have more real estate. Only downfall is being so close to downtown, you sacrifice the parking and interior space.

Tired of QR codes, we are on our phones too much, print the beer menu.

We arrived on a Saturday night at 8:45 and were told that the kitchen was closed despite the restaurant itself closing at 11. Plenty of patrons were still there, but I guess none were eating by that point? There was no indication on the website or anywhere else that he kitchen would close so much earlier than the bar itself, so this was disappointing. If we try again and actually wind up eating here I'll revisit, but for now not impressed with the operation.

Great to have another brewery in Annapolis. RaR's main production and taproom is on the eastern shore, but this brewpub is as local as it gets! Excellent smash burgers, crab dip, and bar food with a ton of local and guest taps, from their flagship nanicoke nectar to more small-batch ipas & stouts. Something for everyone here! There's an outdoor patio and 50 (ish) seats plus standing room inside. Kid friendly with high chairs available. Gets noisy inside at happy hour, but hey, it's a bar! Their bartenders and customer service is great. They have at least 50 different beers in their to-go fridges. Between chessies and Forward the Annapolis craft beer game is looking good!Parking: Lot for 15 cars, free street parking adjacent

If you are an IPA lover this place is for you. Some nice American and hazy choices. It was crowded and loud on a Sunday afternoon so getting a table was nearly impossible. As for food, Chessie burger was good…not great in my opinion and any side was an additional charge. They have some great beer to go options in both 12 and 16 oz. Definitely worth a visit.

Beer was fine. Atmosphere was too crowded and far too loud. But, the most disappointing this was the price and size of the food. Absolutely ridiculous that the crab dip is $17 for a small bowl that is about 2” across and 1” deep. Weirdly, the floor was also extremely slippery and I nearly fell after walking in with wet boots.
