I went yesterday and had a medium nitro brew and a rise up burrito. The nitro was probably the best I've had. The Burrito was good but I would not say great. The salsas were good too.

Great coffee and a local staple! This is a small location with awkward parking. Lines can be long but they get you in and out fast.

This was my first time at this location. Rise makes great coffee with several varieties and flavors available. This location is small and when we got there, the line was out the door. There is only enough room for maybe 4-5 people to stand in line inside, so I'm sure if it was busier, the line would go out through the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and the coffee service is quick. They also sell bags of coffee and apparel options which we took advantage of. There is limited seating inside consisting of 3-4 tables and they were all full. They also have gender neutral bathrooms.Except for the quick serve breakfast sandwiches, the other food items come from a trailer behind the building. The food took a while to come out. There is also limited seating outside which would be really nice if the weather was a little warmer. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, but since it was cold outside, we ate in the car. I would consider ordering ahead if possible unless you don't mind waiting a while for food.

Okay so…I grew up in NM where we have the best breakfast burritos, and most of the time the breakfast burritos I’ve had elsewhere are kinda meh. I think the Rise Up burrito I just tried from Rise Up’s truck out back is hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in a decade, no exaggeration. And the red salsa is super flavorful and just spicy enough, *chefs kiss*!!! ?️Their oat milk matcha is also really lovely; high marks across the board. Genuinely wish I could bring them back to the PNW with me, and by them I mean the entire food truck and the lovely, talented folks who created these beauties. Will definitely be back before I trek back home!! 10/10 recommend.
Used to love their cold brew for it being very smooth and enjoyable but the past couple of months it has been extremely bitter and acidic. My order hasn’t changed so I’m not sure what’s up with it. I never added sugar before and trying to add it now doesn’t improve the bitterness. I’ve tried at different times, weekdays and weekends, but it’s consistently off. Both here and Edgewater. I hope that it won’t be like this forever. I’ve also reached out via email about this to see if the quality can be improved so I can love their cold brew again
Don't come unless you call and make sure they are open. I drove 50 minutes to find that they are closed. I got there at 4:50p and it says on Google that it's open until 7:00p. A waste of

Pretty small location, a little cramped. Coffee was good. I wish the person who took my order would've told me the food comes out of the truck in the back lot. Waited in the cafe for about 15min before I saw the sign near the pick up counter. The food was great though.

The coffee was ok but it wasn't hot. The service was NOT good at all. The workers were not friendly or helpful. Because service means a lot to me, I will not return to patronize this business.

I love the buzz of this place! My sister & niece introduced me to the brew! Clever package marketing. Friendly staff. Yummy beverages. Price paid for food value versus quantity is excellent. Those tator-tots - YUM!!I love supporting local small businesses. Only suggestion: T shirts & stickers - add city & state location is located.Dietary restrictions: Offer a variety of non dairy options.Parking: Minimal parking spots, no drive thru.

Great food and coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches and tater tots are delicious. It can get quite busy so being able to order online is helpful. Also, they offer an "extra hot" option for their coffee order which I love.
