Horrible. Rita's is a modern day wallet heist. This place is way overpriced. I also wouldn't suggest you try the custard. Not only is it price high. It is also what I call an in and out. You consume it, then 10 minutes later it's out in the toilet. I wouldn't recommend.

Took my kiddos here after their summer soccer league game! As a tired momma, I was delighted to see a friendly customer service face. Her name was megan or Magen I believe and she was a sweetheart. My kiddos loved the ice flight so much that they spilled a lil in my car. Looked very clean and nice. Thank you so much Magen/megan and the customer service staff at Rita's for making a momma happy on a hard hot day.

Whoever that kid ( blonde hair girl in yellow shirt) is that’s working today at 5pm has horrible customer service. Literally rolled her eyes and my daughter and I when we both ordered. She made my gelati very sloppy on purpose and there was ice cream all over the sides and still try to serve it to me. I didn’t purchase it. Definitely just loss two weekly customers due to a horrible employee that has no respect.

March 28, 2022. Yes, I know it is 32 degrees now at 7:45 pm. But their posted hours are till 9:00 pm. Yet they are now closed. Sorry to be a grouch, but the family wanted custard

We go for the custard. Very creamy. My wife likes the cookie dough topping. Just tried a concrete with Oreo. Good if you like a more sweet dessert.Good service but long lines certain times.
