There's no joy whatsoever at this location. I think he's the owner or manager, old Caucasian man. He doesn't greet you nor show any sense of your presence.....just nasty and rude. Makes you feel uncomfortable about even being there, I get the feeling he doesn't like people, certain people for sure. Horrible customer service experience.And please don't reply with the generic pretyped apology. Really no excuse!

I’m impressed. No matter what I do at home to make smoothies they never turn out as good as they do here at Smoothie King.I place my order with the app standing literally outside the door of the store. Within the time it took me to come inside the lobby and sit down, the guy behind the counter, was already working on my order. Within a few seconds it was in my hand. He was super nice and friendly, and also very helpful . Excellent customer service here.

It was raining very hard around 3:30pm today when I went to get my smoothie and I accidentally dropped my drink at the front door, the guys saw me and ran to help me pick up my mess and they made me a new drink too, I really appreciate it they were very kind thank you very much guys!! My drink was delicious also!!

Personally, smoothie king has become a go to for me.I'm a very active person and love all the options smoothie king has to offer. I love ordering ahead on the app and customizing my order.The inside is a bit cold (temp wise, I hate the cold) so I prefer to order ahead. They have plenty of seats for waiting which I do like. The walls are lined with products for purchase such as protein and snacks. The staff always gets my orders right and greet me when I come inside. They have even helped me pick a smoothie when I was indecisive and didn't know what to get.My favorite order right now is the Watermelon smoothie with strawberry protein! Hits the spot every time. My boyfriend always gets a spinach smoothie and he feels very rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely recommend.

Smoothie King in Annapolis and Severna Park are both great! The employees always greet people when they walk in and are helpful. The businesses are always very clean too. I took off a star because their prices have gone up, so I can no longer go as often.
Whatever team was working yesterday afternoon-do whatever you can to keep them! Leaving staff member held door for us to enter. Other 2 staff were engaged, courteous, informative & just looked like they were having a great time at work. Mango kale smoothies perfect! TY!
