FINALLY! I have visited this location roughly 6 times since they opened and they get my drink correct! It's been so many times that I get a "mystery" drink because it was made incorrectly and having the drink remade by the same folks at the same location is just not it. Thanks 2122 Generals Hwy team!

Angel in the drive through just makes a difference. Her customer service stands out. It was the simple question of “how is your day going” that stood out from any other Starbucks or coffee shop I’ve been to. I will be a regular here and I can’t wait to experience the wonderful customer service.

First time in and the last. I ordered a breakfast tea with a splash of milk. Also I was the only one in the store when I ordered. 2 minutes later a guy comes in and the Asian girl working the cash register seemed to know him by name (John). He gets a complicated drink and she stops making mine, to make his! It took over 9 minutes to get an English breakfast tea. That's insanity. Just shows Starbucks will hire anyone and they don't respect people's time. I wanted to ask the girl why she did me dirty like that but she wouldn't even make eye contact with me when she handed me the drink. Coward.

New, clean, and lots of seating. The place is big and I think it's great for drive thru. Decent amount of parking and the inside feels both spacious and cozy. They have designated areas/tables for those with disabilities, but didnt seem like there were many charging stations (maybe not the best starbucks in Annapolis for working on a laptop as a result). The staff was busy handling orders for the drive-thru when I walked in. They were friendly, helpful, and informative once they attended to me. I ordered a grande Sugar Cookie Almond latte which took a moment for them to prepare but it was fine since I wasn't in a rush. It tasted like it is supposed to, and there's no drop in quality or service despite the fact that they're a new location and are likely training up new baristas. It was a perfect stop to make on a winter day for a bit of warmth.
