The issue is not the quality of the food. It’s the three women that work there. I ordered curbside because I have a sleeping child in the car seat. I watched them finish the sandwich within two minutes and I sat in the car waiting for the sandwich. I clicked “I’m here” in the app and was still waiting. They were literally staring out the window not talking to each other and they didn’t move. After waiting 15 min I finally got out myself, where the door is 10 feet away - for both them and me, and grabbed it. They didn’t greet me or anything. Ignored me. Lmao. I’m not even an unfriendly person and every time I come here they’re just mean. It’s also 50+ degrees today so the excuse of it being too cold isn’t even valid. If you don’t do curbside anymore then remove the damn sign. It’s not like they were packed and couldn’t do it. Also, my receipt said it clearly so I know I’m not delulu.

I placed an order for 2 subs through Postmates for pickup and I was not thrilled with the Subway part of the experience. My friend went inside to retrieve our order and the non-English speaking worker at the front counter would not release my order because it was not me. Come on... How many sub thieves can accurately describe the order and correctly pronounce and spell my name? A worker from the back came out to give the okay to hand over my order. Like many others have stated the rolls were stale and there was a lack of ingredients inside of them. The Veggie Delite was missing 3 ingredients plus the cheese and The Philly had hardly any meat on it. Not worth the aggravation and the prices we are now paying for the opportunity to "Eat Fresh". The location on Riva Road is a much more pleasant experience hands down.

Why is subway now hiding the meat behind a metal barrier so you can’t see it. They quote it’s for “freshness” and then don’t cover or do anything for the veggies. Also 4 workers and only 1 actually working and of course it’s the one that doesn’t even know basic subway things.

The workers always rush you if you want more than three toppings on your sub. I decided to go after work today and it is ridiculously overpriced for a footlong that used to be $5. $15 for a sub that used to be on the $5 foot long line up with chips and a drink. Before it would have been $9 now it's $15 and they guilt you into tipping by having a prompt that set for 15% or above on the screen. Yes I did leave a tip. But I think it's the responsibility of the company to pay their workers more. I am so disappointed in myself for going to Subway today because they have not had any sort of deal for the past several years they could swing a $7 ft long deal if they wanted to they just choose not to because they don't care about the customers they don't care about their workers they just care about making their customers care about their workers and making a whole bunch of money. So I will not shop willingly at Subway ever again. And not this location. Do yourself a favor, shop at potbelly down the road. Better food. Better people. Better atmosphere. Better prices. Hands down.

I went to subway today after work…It’s the first time in a while that I even wanted to due to the fact that Subway has been raising prices like crazy for the past few years…guilting customers into tipping employees on credit prompt screen upwards of 15% instead of paying the employees more yourselves…Not having a single deal for years…remember $5 footlong?…I understand inflation exists but there have been no deals for several years now when it was a frequent occurrence before you could swing a $7 footlong deal if you wanted to, but you don’t. You don’t care about your customers, and it shows. over $15 dollars for a sub that used to be on the $5 lineup. With chips and drink…old price $9 new price $15.04..Insane. I am so disappointed that I chose to shop at Subway today and I hope this is the last time I will ever shop there because I from now on will not willingly shop at Subway again. Staff loves to rush you a bit if you have more than 3 toppings on your sub.

I entered the store at 8:49 pm, their hours say they are open until 9pm. There was a gentleman(customer) who had been in the store for at least 2 minutes. He told me they almost told him they were closed and then he made comments about how he should have locked the door for them. One more person entered after me. We were all out of the store by 9. The ladies there made a comment about wanting to go home too. Last minute customers can suck sometimes but reality is they are open until 9pm. My 8 year old wanted Subway but I got off work at 8:30. I got there as early as I could to give my son what he wanted for dinner. I felt bad about coming so late and planned on leaving a nice tip. But the ladies weren’t friendly, weren’t welcoming, and were actually quite the opposite. I highly doubt I will visit this location again. The sub itself was great but the customer service ruined it.

Perfume & Me

Awful. They are always out of ingredients. Sub would be half made due to always being out of something. One time it was the bread, next time it was the onions, next time it was something else. No thanks! I will go elsewhere for my subs, I mean come on, Weis is right next door to restock missing ingredients. Poor man's I suppose. And bring back the seafood and crab subs!

Was looking for fast food and found Subway with a good Yelp rating. The good: Clean! Plenty of employees that work at a fast pace from ordering to check out. Sandwich had good flavor and quality, especially considering it is fast food. The bad: English isn't the first language. I get it, the place was adequately staffed, but there was some translation needed for one of the employees. It's a worthwhile trade-off except that my sandwich ended up without the onions that the menu said it would include. Overall, a very good, clean restaurant experience with speed, quality of food and flavor (hardly noticed missing onions!). Highly recommend.

I don't have high expectations from Subway, but every time I have gone to this location the bread has been stale and hard. Spend your money elsewhere.
