Hands down the worst Wendy’s in Maryland. Todays was my last wrong order. I’m never going back to that establishment. Disgusting and an embarrassment to the franchise. And it’s now an empty building. Shocker.

It's too bad they're closed now it was a very convenient, easy to get to and close by location. Especially in comparison to the difficulties and hazards associated with getting in and out of the one on West Street. This one is attached to a well made and safe traffic signal. They were always understaffed so often service is slow but that's not really their fault. In comparison to the other Wendy's the wait is actually shorter because there's way more people going to the other one with long lines, but service per person elsewhere is on average way faster than the one here. Like some other people say sometimes the amount of salt on the fries isn't perfect but I don't mind it. People there are always very nice and usually work hard, and people need to understand often there's literally only one, maybe two people running the whole place. Pre-covid this Wendy's had a few more workers and was better but I don't think they were ever able to restaff enough people to bring it back to life. Hopefully it does reopen but who knows.

Went there at 9 pm on Friday and was close then tried again on Saturday at 6:25 pm closed again. Website says open til midnight. Wouldn't let me post without selecting at least 1 star that isn't deserved

Sad to know and find out this newer built Wendy's on Defense highway is closing the end of the month. It's in a great area where its convenient for workers around there as well. The drive thru could've been widerParking: Various parking

staff were very friendly appx noon at Defense Hwy. . i will say that. the food was very hot also. but.... i ordered three items. two of them the patties were undercooked. the third was cooked properly. but a smashed unimpressive sandwich. just one tiny little piece of lettuce on it. Does the picture i uploaded look anything like what they post on the menu? is there a shortage of lettuce, tomato etc? what has happened to quality of food?

I drove up around 6 PM tonight, Saturday, 11/26. The second busiest shopping day of the year. This is right near the mall.Only to find it closed and locked! There was no sign of explanation or anything. I was very disappointed. No employees in sight.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I want Wendy's on my lunch break I will drive to the next closest location even though I work within walking distance from this one. Every time I've come here I spend my entire 30 min meal break in the drive through waiting for my food and sometimes that long just to order because the dinning room closes whenever they feel like. The food and the French fries are always cold by the time it gets to you too. >:( Wish Google had a zero star option I would have used that.

I got food poisoning from here ( recovered within two days) . Workers had no masks on , no gloves with cooking fries. Didnt even bother giving my change when i got the biggie bag( $5.30 and I gave them $6.00) i knew something was off when i met the cashier lady . Her nose was running , with no mask obviously . Dont waste your time . Go to five Guys or heck MCDONALD'S around the corner if want something to eat . Sad.

We have tried this Wendy’s three times and the staff is never present, to the point we had to leave. Tonight we drove by a staff member was sitting with her headset on while we waited at the window. I’m not asking for gourmet level service by any means, it’s just disheartening.

Was unable to order anything after the Maryland Renaissance Festival as the store was completely shut down. This is an extremely missed opportunity. So may travel a distance to go the faire and need food for the journey home, like myself. My stomach growled the hour long journey home. You can do better!
