Was so excited for the new store opening and every single time I’ve been there, they have gotten our order wrong. One young man who works there has the worst attitude and should not be working with customers. MyMother in law who always orders her food without cheese, always has cheese on her burger. She was also given fish sandwich instead of chicken when she’s allergic to seafood. Ordered 4 frostys and get 3 and the young man with attitude says he only rung up 3 and acts like I’m the one at fault. They’ve had plenty of time to get there act together. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore and they got a higher wage in return to give us the worst customer service! Do better !

Didn't have and small cups but wanted to up charge me to give me a cup. I said then just give me a small cup. He's like we are out so we have to give me a medium and up charge you. 40 cents.

Love the remodel. Fresh tasty food. Excellent service. No more long waits in the drive thru. Clean and bright. Thanks for the remodel and for not closing!
This place is slow, even with order ahead I had to stand waiting 15 minutes in the restaurant. I watched an employee make up a bag for his dinner, sit down and eat it while I was waiting. The restaurant had two other people in it and no line in the drive thru. Failure of service.

This Wendy's has been completely remodeled and seems to be a waste of square footage. Seems like a lot of space that isn't being used. Food was standard. DW had a double and I had the chicken wrap. Just as expected. Workers were very friendly.
I spent $7.20 cent about. Fries cold burger old nuggets hard. & feel like THC WAS IN THE ICE MAKER CRAZY AFRICAN AMERICANS AND MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE YOU WOULD THINK SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER/ then I called 3 times no one answered the phone great customer

I thought I would try the newly reopened Wendy's on Whitehall Road. I went a week before the Grand Opening. The service was faster and better at that time but we will see as time goes on. The Single and Frosty were good and as I had ordered. The chili was thin, and sparse. The beef was not chopped finely enough and was in large clumps that did not look like ground beef. I will go back to see if the service is still good or has gone back to rude and slow.

Very clean and nice with the new reno. Still feels weird to have so much seating area. Interior menuboard only displayed combos, not the value menu or cheaper stuff. Food was typical Wendy's

I’ve been waiting on this Wendy’s to reopen so I could get a spicy chicken sandwich meal - tell me why it’s not real chicken any longer - it’s a freaking chicken patty - I really want my money back. Will not be returning. Disappointed.

Staff was changing and was rude telling us we need to wait. When I asked if they had baked potatoes the woman looked and said maybe 1, I think I see one and walked away. Well 3 of us wanted potatoes so we left after waiting about 5 minutes to see if anyone could answer if they would be making more and no one was around to answer.
