One of the more unfortunate examples of a McDonalds that I have ever been to. I am basing this on a few visits and not just once. I cannot believe the owner or corporate has ever been here. It is consistently dirty, trash often overflowing, nothing fast about the food or accuracy of the order. The front staff is simply rude, especially the manager. My most recent visit was my last visit. Hopefully someone involved with operations monitors their reviews.

They had fast service, and the food was decent. There was a middle-aged hispanic woman who appeared like she was in charge but acted as if she had no patience with anyone. I came to meet her at the counter when my order number was called. I wanted to catch her before she left the counter to request salt and mayonnaise. She said "No-no" and walked all the way to my table, then turned around and asked me what I wanted. I guess it just felt as if she may not have understood it was my food. I'm unsure. Maybe there is a point when you can become hardened and have just had enough with people.

Both sandwiches were completely stacked weird. My big Mac looked more like a salad in the box. Half the fish fillets cheese was hanging outside the bun on one side. Last time I went the fries were barely room temperature. Two stars for a McDonald's, which is basically zero for any place that serves real food.

Saturday morning, 9:40. Hostess taking order should be fired. Not just not polite or pleasant but mean and said things in Spanish about people white patrons as if we couldn't understand her. If I ever come back and encounter her I'll record her to send to McDonald's corporate.

The quarter pounder, chicken nugget and fries are soooo good. However, Inflation is felt today. 4 people (one is a happy meal) cost us over $36. How can a big family afford to eat out anymore? Bidennomic is failing; we're all feeling the squeeze big time.

This McDonalds is closest to my house but because of bad prior experiences, I usually avoid it and drive to Hanover. Recently, I gave it another shot and it was flawless. In the past the drive thru times were long and customer service was poor. But not this time! Good, fast, hot food. Perhaps it's a new crew, great job!
One day I asked for No Creamer in my Coffee because milk upsets my stomach I still got cream in it usually don't make this mistake but I still like to come there before work ?. Please have More deals it's not easy finding lunch specials.

Mopping the floors with an overly strong, foul smelling chemical immediately next to where people were eating was disgusting. My eyes were watering when I left.
Food was cold, counter help was rude and dismissive. Will never go there again.

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The power went out and came right back on... I was in the drive thru trying to pick up a mobile order. After being told they couldn't help me, I was trapped in the drive thru line and had to wait until I could get to the window, where I was very rudely again told they couldn't help me. I parked my car and walked inside in the pouring rain and told the manager I wanted a refund. And guess what??? Was told by the MANAGER that they couldn't help me. I went home and called corporate and was promised a refund but still I NEVER got one. Yes they speak Spanish but it would also help if they spoke a little bit of coherent English. Never again.

Avoid this McDonalds location. They close earlier than their posted hours. Arrived to the drive thru at 10:48pm. Employees were taking out trash at the back door. Waited at the box until 11pm before being greeted by an employee saying they were closed. If you stop serving at 10:48pm then don’t advertise that you’re open until 11. Last job I had in the food industry we served up until our posted closing hours. Then completed closing procedures and side work.
