I have been here a few times to work (wifi is great here!) and I really enjoy it! If you like cozy cafes, this should be on your list! Service is pretty good, sometimes people seem a little out of it but we're all human! The food is decent here (croissants muffins and what not), but the coffees/ drinks are where they shine the most! Not pictured is their amazing brown sugar espresso-- it was so good I ended up drinking it all before I could get a photo! Go order it-- asap you won't regret it!!Their cold brew is good- and strong! I added protein shake I brought with me for the day and they were great together. I love supporting black owned businesses and this place has a little something for everyone, so if you're in the area I'd defintely recommend.

Ordered a flat white, got a runny brown. And the chocolate croissant was giving stale, dense bread roll. Big space, but not enough care/ experience with coffee making or food prep.

This may be my favorite coffee shop to work out of. Xfinity was doing work in the area again so I lost connection and had to hurry to make my meeting. I love the layout of the booths - ample charging ports and low lighting. The staff was so friendly and my Cortado was so delicious. Lemon water self service and the internet was fast which isn't always the case at other locations. Will be back to try their food options!

This place has incredible reviews and a great atmosphere but I'm super disappointed. The service was rather slow but I can be patient, so not a big deal. I ordered a blueberry muffin, an iced hazelnut oat milk espresso, and an iced vanilla matcha latte. The muffin had like four blueberries and none of the matcha was mixed into the milk. It was honestly like drinking a green milk. The coffee was fine but nothing special. Really disappointed, I was super excited to try after seeing all the raving reviews.

I saw the raving reviews and couldn't wait to try a coffee shop with such a cute vibe and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The service was slow and subpar, and the iced matcha was even worse. I took two sips of the drink and trashed it. I decided to give another try with a warmed chocolate croissant. Again, I was astonished at how inedible this pastry was. It was hard, stale, and not even remotely warm. There was also no actual chocolate other than the dusting on the outside. Overall, I'll come sit here on my laptop again but I will not purchase any items from here.

Edit after response: Thanks for the response! It's important to clarify for folks who medically need to avoid caffeine, as well as those that prefer to avoid caffeine, that Matcha (a type of green tea) and Chai (containing black tea) are both naturally caffeinated. In addition, Decaf Coffee contains small amounts of caffeine. As a business serving the elderly and chronically ill, and well as pregnant folks, it's imperative to be properly informed and avoid spreading misinformation. For that reason I'm adjusting my rating and hope this can be constructive feedback to account for in the future.-Original Review: Visited for the first time. Good vibes and atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly and patient.Metered parking is $2.25/hour for up to 4 hours on the street directly outside. Handicap spot in front as well.Unfortunately no gluten free options yet. I also asked about non-caffeinated hot teas which they also do not have yet. They are fairly new, so it would be great to see in the future.Overall, good experience.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately no gluten free options yet or non-caffeinated teas per the cashier. They do have a veggie bagel option and also I believe have vegan butter. If you have strict dietary restrictions, I suggest doing your own research as they shared Matcha and Chai were non-caffeinated which could lead to issues if you have heart conditions, anxiety, other medical issues, or dietary preferences and need to avoid caffeinated beverages.Parking: Metered parking is $2.25/hour for up to 4 hours on the street directly outside. Handicap spot in front as well. I believe all street parking and lots/garages cost money in Fells.

i'm currently sitting in the business as we speak let's start with customer service. 10/10 the workers are SOO sweet here I mean unbelievably sweet 10/10 for the ambiance it's cute, quiet, soft music playing, and a nice spot to work at 10/10 FOOD & DRINKS! they clearly care about the food and pastries they make and my ice chai tea was BOMB they also have a punch card system so that once you hit 10 drinks you can get a free one! i'll def be back!

Stopped by for a quick coffee and snack on a Thursday morning. This place is large and has a lot of outlets to make it easy to work. There were two baristas working, but the place wasn't crowded so the wait to order and get your food wasn't long. Service is warm and nice. I got the almond croissant and a cappuccino. The coffee was on point. The croissant tasted stale, taking one star off for that.

This is a really nice place to sit down with a laptop and work remotely. Great bagels! The service is great too, but I wasn't that impressed with the coffee for the price...

Very slow and bad service. They get my coffee order wrong almost every time. Pastries overpriced and stale.

I think this business is still in the works of establishing itself and getting things together as it recently has opened so I am cutting it some slack. This place was bumping inside, so much that the line was to the door when I got in and most of the tables were being used for work. I love the chairs and find the kind of chairs they use for coffee shops the BEST. It should be comfortable when sipping and doing some work. It's honestly just a nice vibe for a coffee shop. However, I realized that the reason the line might've been to the door was because their "internet was out" and they could only accept cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. Which I'm sure this does not happen everyday, but I was told this when I got to the very front. The coffee was good, I can't lie at all. I didn't try anything else but the coffee left a good impression. I like that there is a flower shop connected to this coffee shop. It's cute and unique. I made my own little bouquet for $18. It's not surprising for a floral shop I guess but that's pretty taxing. It's cute, practical for getting work done and good coffee, can't complain.

Overall, good coffee and cool ambiance, however, they need to either hire more people or train their staff more. I ordered a latte, almond croissant, and açaí bowl. I asked about my latte after 20 minutes or so and they told me they were out of almond croissants, so could I pick something else (they should just be able to tell you that they are out when you are ordering.) 40 minutes after ordering, I ask about my açaí bowl and they scramble to make it. I was not the only exasperated customer, most people seemed to be waiting for a long time. Overall, a very hectic, frustrating experience.
