Unfortunately, we had a subpar experience dining at Ammoora. We were seated at a bar table which we had requested after reading that the main dining room had a hotel restaurant vibe. The decor was lovely but the table design (think diner booth) is not conducive to conversation for a four top. We enjoyed the cocktails and wine, and we were appreciative of the help from the sommelier in selecting a Lebanese wine. The food overall was fine but just didn’t wow for a restaurant at this price point. The service was abysmal. Our server immediately told us it was her second day, and we were empathetic and remained kind throughout our dinner; it’s no fault of hers that she was far from adequately trained to serve tables. Why wasn’t she shadowing an experienced server? We received no explanation about the menu, and she was unprepared to answer any questions; the host came to the table to clarify which lamb kafta we were ordering. Our water glasses were filled only twice and only when asked. Again, the blame here lies solely on the restaurant’s management. They were clearly aware of the shortcomings as we were comped dessert wine, but this did not appease the general dissatisfaction we had with our experience at Ammoora. We will not return.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free bread, but they did serve vegetables when asked for the mezze dips.

My only complaint is that they don’t pass out warm towels in the bathroom's lol. Everything was excellent, thank you!Parking: Valet parking was great

The food was amazing. My friend and I chose to try a bunch of Mezze and share. The Muhamara was so good, my mouth waters thinking about it now. Our server Susanna was so attentive and helpful when ordering. She stopped by to check on us often and helped us pick between all the amazing items. She was lovely.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Very nice ambiance. We ordered the awarma hummus, baba ghanoush, chicken rolls and beef rolls. All were very good. We intended to order entrees after but were too full. Great ambiance for a special occasion.
I recently visited Ammoora after reading its glowing review in Baltimore Magazine, and wow, did it deliver! The place has this cozy yet sophisticated vibe that instantly makes you feel welcome. The food? Absolutely amazing. It's like they take familiar flavors and turn them up a notch in the best possible way. And the service was just as impressive - friendly, attentive, and full of great suggestions. Ammoora definitely deserves its spot on that best restaurants list, we'll be back soon!

Ammoora is an outstanding spot to celebrate a special event, throw a party, hang with a group of friends, or go out for a fancy date night! The ambiance is absolutely incredible and authentic to the cuisine and culture. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you pick the perfect meal choices along with wine pairing to fit your preferences! There is nothing less than 5 stars on the menu so you cannot go wrong with anything you try! We have been back 3 times already and can't wait to make it 4! Any excuse to have some fresh hummus, chicken rolls, or halouni cigars!
Visiting Baltimore for the first time and lucky enough to snag one of the last tables for the evening. I would travel back just to eat here again! Coming from California, having dined at many iconic restaurants, and yet I have never experienced the flavors that were in each dish I enjoyed at Ammoora. Truly a gem.

We enjoyed the Tabouleh, shrimp appetizers , humous ... , chicken kebabs 2 desserts both spectacular... cocktails expertly prepared.
