They accommodated us for last minute reservations on a Saturday night before we hopped over to the hippodrome for a show. We were sat promptly at 530 and took advantage of the last few minutes of happy hour. Drink specials were on point! $5 beer/$6 wine/$7 cocktail! Few food options also. Our waitress was awesome, she was so attentive despite how packed this place got. The crab pizza was very good, the dough was cooked perfectly and I spotted a few piece of actual lump crab meat. The wings, could've done without- pretty dry and small. Spicy pork meatballs were nothing special and not spicy at all, but good. Burger was tasty and tender- pesto Mayo was a good touch- and the fries cooked to perfection.

First time here was expecting more of a fancy atmosphere however the decor is cute. Not busy at all so my food came out fast, hot and scrumptious. Jeremy was my waiter, and he was very nice.

Waited 30 minutes to get water. Had to ask several times about drinks we ordered. Had to go to the kitchen to get condiments that we asked for 3 times. It was a concert night so the place was busy. Management should have staffed up. I would say this was an anomaly but everyday lunch service has slow service as well. If you go before a show allow twice amount of time you would expect.

If you are looking for fresh ingredients, this is not the place. Eggs are from a box, standard with diner-type places but not for a place like this. The service is outstanding though.Vegetarian options: Veggie skillet.

Made an online reservation 3 nights prior to arriving for. 5:00 res. They didn't have it and tossed us over to the bar. The host/hostess were not friendly at all. The young woman was more engaged with her phone and never smiled nor did the host who was mildly more helpful. I felt like we were bothering them. Btw the place opens at 4 so they pretty much just started their shift. Fortunately our server was quick and friendly and honestly helped change our mood. The food was average. Ordered the meatballs and chix wing happy hour. Dinner he ordered the burger and I had the pasta which was okay.

I enjoyed the salmon dish for lunch. The food was delicious. The chef finished the dish in the large pizza which gave it a pleasant crunch. There was only one waiter who was also the host so it wasn't the smoothest service I ever had. All in all I would visit again.

We had a reservation for 8pm on Saturday. When we arrived we were told that the chef left and that we could only order drinks. We had been traveling all afternoon and had our two young children with us, so we had to leave and find another restaurant that would serve us food. We understand that business may have been slow, which would prompt the chef to leave. However, since we had a reservation, the restaurant had my contact information. The host should have called to let me know that my reservation would need to canceled.

This is a regular lunch place for myself and co-workers. This was our second time dining there before a concert at the arena. The food is always good and fresh, so even after a rather unpleasant experience back in April, I thought we'd give it another try Saturday night. I made our reservation in early November for 6:00. We arrived at 5:40. We were seated right away on the second floor. After our previous experience and saw how crowded they were we seriously considered leaving. But, didn't. Our mistake. Our waiter (I believe his name is Dominic) was clearly overwhelmed. He was the only server for the 8 occupied tables (approx. 24 guests). There was also a private party upstairs that he was assisting with. Although he was overwhelmed, he was very pleasant and kept apologizing the entire time we were there. At 6:00 we immediately ordered two drinks (a beer and a mixed drink) and a pizza (nothing else) hoping to save time. At 6:30 we were still waiting for our drinks. Finally, got them at 6:40 and were told our pizza would be out soon. At 7:00 we asked the manager to check on our pizza. He came back and said, "They just put it in the oven." Really?! While we were waiting for our pizza, two tables who were there before we arrived had their drinks, canceled their food order, paid their tab and left. We finally got our pizza at 7:20....an hour and 20 minutes for a pizza! The manager also apologized and said they only had one bartender and "not enough kitchen staff". I told him I appreciate the situation they were in, but clearly they needed more servers, more kitchen staff (including expeditors) and another bartender. He didn't disagree. We were told by many staff members they didn't even have a hostess until recently because "the owners didn't think we needed one and the managers could handle it."We felt so sorry for our server. We made sure to tell him and his manager he did a great job considering the circumstances. And made sure we tipped him well over 20%.CFG has done a fantastic job renovating the arena and bringing top-notched talent to the area. So, it would be in the restaurants best interest to get their issues worked out...and fast.Management - if you have a private party reserved, don't accept so many reservations! If you don't have enough staff close off tables! Hire more staff before! Open your eyes and help your staff or you are going to start losing lots of business. Think about how many staff members you could hire with just the money that walked away from the two tables!
