I ordered some cookies for a gift.Three containers were delivered.I was giving 2 as gifts so I tried one from the extra box. I threw all of them out after one bite. They were awful !!Very dried out.They did not look like the nice pictureon the website either.The chocolate was terrible tasting. Probably very poor quality that was cheap.Also made with margarine and other sub standard ingredients.

A Baltimore staple and good reason for it! If you have not had a Berger cookie then you cant say you're from Baltimore. Many things change but Berger Cookie is one thing that has not and that is a testament to their recipe and how great the cookies taste. Great cookies and a great company!

I purchased a strawberry shortcake for my friends. ALL the strawberries had fur on them. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them. The box was taped and well secured. I did not notice until the next day. Let me say i have been a patron of Bergers since the 90's. I did not take the cake back the next day because we had already cut it and I KNOW the owner would not have been receptive. I have seen other people with issues. Needless to say 28.99 in the trash, I will NEVER patronize them again because the blatant disrespect, They HAD to have seen them strawberries when packaging it, I have receipts, literally.

Bergers makes delicious cookies. So good they can also be used for display and ornaments. If you leave Santa a Bergers cookie than he will gift extra! I grew up being given one at a time. Now at 40 I order tins from them directly and attempt to NOT impale myself with their freshness. They ship nationwide. Each cookie is hand frosted!!!! No phony ingredients, all love!!!! Order a tin in a week you'll be like, what's an Oreo?

These folks are great! They realized an error on my order and immediately reached out to me before I even recognize the error! That is a characteristic that is not found often anymore! I appreciate it so much so, I’ll be ordering online more often!
Cookies are amazing, only reason for the 3 stars is the inability to ship in a timely fashion. They really need to step up the shipping process and not have an answering screen their calls.

Our family has enjoyed Berger Cookies for decades... they are a long time favorite of all 8 of us children. Our grandfather use to buy them and give them out on his coffee route to customers... a great memory and an amazingly tasty cookie. It is the perfect balance of cookie and chocolate that we love! Good with coffee in the mornings; milk late at night... anytime of the day! Thank you Berger Cookies for still being in business and serving all of us in a special Yummy way!
