We visited this restaurant for dinner multiple times while we were staying at the Hyatt. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and the ambiance was pleasant. We were promptly seated upon arrival by Ajay, who was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us relevant menu recommendations and refilled our drinks throughout the meal. I really enjoyed the food here. Service was quite good. We had the Paloma cocktail and it was very refreshing. The scallops and winter salad were delicious, and we got the burger. Food was cooked as ordered. I didn't get the bun on the burger because I don't like all that bread. I would return again when I'm staying at this Hyatt location!

We weren’t staying at the hotel but just loved the menu for the bistro and came for apps and drinks. We honestly came thinking the water feature would be working but unfortunately it wasn’t. Very weird… empty rock garden with plumbing fixtures now.The short rib poutine fries were absolutely amazing!!!! However, we made the mistake of getting the crispy chicken to go.
