My companion is a whiskey buff and we took a tour of the distillery over the weekend. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot, and after the tour we got a flight of whiskey to try and then we mixed our own bottles to take home. It was a good experience, and the other couples were enjoying themselves as well. Definitely a good experience. .
Such a special place at the union collective in Hampden. They make an awesome gin, and I've been told it's been a distillery for quite a while with a redo. I've been here for a pop up in the past with NiHao and most recently for the holiday market. I love getting bottles of their Szechuan amaro for gifts. They had quite a bit of rum bottles for the holidays. We sat at the bar for drinks - the eggnog was a bit too thick so I cut it with ice and the samples of Apple brandy was nice...read full review
