We held a luncheon for family and friends after a special event and could not have been happier with how it went. We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together. Our waiter Noah was kind, patient and efficient throughout our visit. He even took a group photo for us. Everyone found delicious options off the menu and the out of towners couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed this local spot. All of our food came out in a timely matter and was just excellent! We were so grateful for the fantastic hospitality from all the staff and even the manager checked in on us to make sure everything was good. If you've never been make it a point to visit this local gem; you want be disappointed!

Great variety with a twist to all dishes. Loved that they had dairy and gluten free options. Our server was phenomenal - he knew the menu well, and was ready to offer advice on best dining options. He even gave info on places to visit in Bmore during my stay. This place is a must visit if your on the harbor.

Sadly, just an awful experience. We stopped by on a recent Sunday for two much anticipated almond croissants and wish we hadn't. Both were stale and had minimal almond flavor. I don't mind paying for fresh, but that $10 could have been spent more wisely.

I don’t typically write reviews, this was a must for me! While our first visit and service wasn’t particularly exciting, visiting the next day for the Cinnamon danish pancakes made up for it!! We were in town for a family celebration, and decided to give Miss Shirley’s another go before heading back to NY. Ashley more than made up for the service and experience!!! She is a GEM of a person who GENUINELY seems to love her job, and I hope your establishment recognizes her. From the first “welcome and thanks for coming back. I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know I’ll be right back to get you started” as she left another patron’s table. THAT exactly is customer recognition and making clients feel welcomed and special!! What actually then stood out to me the most was observing her consistency and approach to EVERY CLIENT seated in her area. We hope to see her on another visit there! She solidly has made Miss Shirley’s a must visit again for us!! THANK YOU ASHLEY and we sure hope to see you again soon!!! And, thanks to your kitchen staff as well for a delicious meal ♥️

Good food as always although we had to wait a little longer than expected, to be served. Our server, Adam, did a great job explaining and answering our menu questions. We did speak to the one manager that wears a mask and he was very knowledgeable and told us about the loyalty card, which we did not know about. We have eaten at the Roland Park location several times and have not had the opportunity to take advantage of the card. He told us he would bring us one but after we left, we realized he did not! Would have liked to use it today.

Awesome!!! Great for anytime! Large restaurant with plenty of room. Parking around back. Hands down the best food!!! We got breakfast. Pancakes. I love that there are so many options. I wanted to try everything!

They have my favorite brownies in Baltimore. I like that they also have Italian ice and a wide selection of flaky pastries.

We love visiting you a few times a year for your spectacular breakfast/brunch/lunch choices. Our son has several food allergies, and we can ALWAYS find him something to eat, but your special allergy menu in March was SPECTACULAR. Thanks for doing this. It was nice to have even more allergy-safe choices!! He got the special pancakes. ? When you look to expand next, please consider the White Marsh/Perry Hall/Bel Air area. We’d visit more frequently if there was a closer location ? You all rock. Keep doing what you are doing!!

My husband and I were traveling on April 13th and visited the Miss Shirley's location at BWI airport. The airport was very busy and our flight was delayed. We sat down at the bar and were immediately greeted and served by Dominik. She was the most pleasant person and was working the bar by herself. Her service was outstanding and everyone sitting at the bar complimented her on her service and pleasant nature. We sat there for over an hour and were amazed at how she handled the busy crowd serving everyone in a timely and efficient manner. Best service I have received in awhile. Thank you Dominik!

My grandson and I had breakfast there while we were in Baltimore. He had the plain waffles (4 mini) $15, side of eggs $5, monkey bread $20, and a side of hash browns $6. I had a 3 egg cheese omelet $17 and Humming bird donuts $8 We both had lemonade $10. And our check was for $93 inc 15% Tip ! $93!!!! for breakfast!!! The food was nothing special definitely not worth $93. I know I should have checked the prices but $93 for breakfast!!! We went there because it had good rating and we’ve been to IHOP. When we got there OMGthe place was packed!! I can’t imagine what a family of 4 were spending let alone people in larger parties. I think I remember reading it was featured on some food show. I guess that is why people were willing to pay so much for so little. Just a BIG warning before you go there. Check the prices and see if you want to spend a lot on breakfast. A very expensive lesson!!!

Great place to pick up a pizza and salad on the way home! The pizza is amazing- wonderful thin crust with creative toppings. Once you try the shiitake mushroom pizza, you will not go back to regular mushroom. The salads are also very flavorful and a great complement for the pizza.

Claire was Amazing!! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions for them menu items we wanted to substitute. She was super attentive to my party's needs. We definitely had a lot of them. She was friendly and polite throughout our visit. A+ in my grade book!! Thank you Claire.

I had no idea this bakery existed and just happened to see it. I dropped in and am so glad I did! I purchased about a half dozen croissants and a baguette. Having worked for years as a college student in French bakeries in several cities, I usually judge a bakery first and foremost on a plain butter croissant and a standard baguette. Pekara hit it out of the park on both counts. Absolutely classic and first quality! I would say these item were the best I have ever had in Baltimore. The other items I purchased were also very good. The space itself and the interior is not all that aesthetically pleasingly. But the quality of their baked goods is outstanding. I hope this business thrives. I will certainly be back.

We waited two hours for a table on a Sunday then waited close to 45 minutes to get our meals. Both of our dished were cold and tasteless. Hadn’t been to this restaurant in 20 years and I’ll never go back. This restaurant is resting on part laurels So if you want to wait a couple of hrs for bad food go for it .
