I’ve never been there, but I order them on DoorDash a lot and it’s delicious! There was one time my Hot Bobby was dry and overcooked but every other time everything has been great, including the Impossible Chesesteak. I’m so surprised by these reviews!! The Capastrami is so flavorful and great and the chipotle chicken crunch jawn is mmmmmm
Ordered through Uber and specified my mayo, peppers etc. We had an Italian and Philly Cheese steak...Amazing!! Agree with others that the bread is not the classic Capriotti's, but with sandwiches this delicious it didnt make a difference to us!

I ordered a small Italian with everything/no hots from what I thought was an authentic Capriotti's store--THIS IS NOT CAPRIOTTI'S. I am from Philly and this sandwich was not a Hoagie! It was a generic sandwich. No sweet peppers, barely any oil, no oregano, very little lettuce or onions. The Bread was too soft......NOT GOOD.

The people who work at this place are sick and violent. There is specifically one woman in her late 20s or early 30s who is ready to attack you for no reason. Stay away from this place for your own safety.

I have ordered many of meals from different locations and was happy to find one here in Baltimore near where I work. I ordered the 8 inch bobby. The sandwich was beyond dry... the stuffing was burnt, the turkey was dry... I was disappointed to say the least. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I got the classic Philly cheesesteak and fries and everything was so good. The sandwich was moist and the fries were crispy. Will definitely order from here again.
