Overpriced bad food. The butter chicken for 23.99 was what other place sell for half that price AND most if it got thrown away because it didn't taste good. The naan was also bad, not sure if it was too much baking soda/powder but the texture and flavor were off. The rice was good. The rice pudding was not in the order, instead some ground meat kabob type thing. So disappointed to pay 40 for a bit of rice. 13

I ordered chana masala with normal rice. Instead of rice they gave biryani and said rice was finished. The biryani rice had meat bones in it. Naan bread was very hard to eat. Seems old. Chapali kabob was completely burnt. My dinner was completely ruined. I called them next day to find the issue as I used to order from them but they never replied back. Food seems not fresh and its highly unprofessional... will never buy from here anymore.

Just ordered from here tonight using Grubhub and didn't know until the dish didn't show up that they were out of a particular dish. Okay, fine...that's annoying but I am being issued a refund.But on top of that they straight up left out the extra orders of naan that I am not being refunded for. What is happening with this place? Why not be proactive and contact Grubhub to remove dishes which are no longer available? Why was the extra naan that I ordered also left out of the order but without a refund?And to top it all off. The one dish that did arrive, Chicken Tikka Masala, had almost all of the chicken pieces entirely burnt.

I placed an order online and when I called about the status, I was told they did not have the password to the website and could not complete my on line purchase after I spent $60.00. When I tried to get the matter resolved with the management, I was told it was not their problem and I was hung up on. After this kind of treatment, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. What a horrible way to treat paying customers.

Consistency is really lacking at this place. The food used to be good here. Then, as time went on, the recipes became unreliable. Every time we order, we get something totally different. They always forget the rice with the order even though we pay extra to have naan and rice. Today we ordered and the butter chicken and tika masala was so watery—like soup. We have been loyal customers for two years there. The people recognize us when we go in, but unfortunately we won’t be ordering anymore. The food just isn’t good anymore and it’s too expensive for what you get. If it would go back to how it was six months ago, I would love to order again.

Remarkable lack of consistency. Two years ago we started ordering from here. It was great at first, then it seemed that the recipes differed sometimes. Tonight, we ordered our usual and when it arrived the sauce was totally different (just hot water with some cream) and no rice at all. I’m sad because this used to be really great. I hope they will find some way to ensure the cooks follow the same recipe every time.

If I could give a negative 3 stars I would. I was planning my event here and they told me that I can use my own caterer. My caterer called to verify the certifications that needed to be provided. They gave my caterer attitude and told her that no outside food is allowed. Why tell me one thing and tell my caterer something else?? I have canceled my contract due to the false advertising (plus I have raised my guest count over their holding capacity). Ever since then, they have giving me so much issues just to give me my deposit back. I have children to take care of that’s $500 I could have spent on food to feed my children. I just want my money. Why give a check knowing it’s no funds in the account for me to cash the check??

I attended a b'day party at this venue. It was a nice choice to host an event there. I had a really good time hanging out with the older crowd. They let me know that u are never too old to have a good time.

Overall the experience was horrible, however there were two good individuals there who were suppressed by those who were suppose to assistance (front desk) management . The floors were not clean. Also, due to the weather the floors were very very slippery. There were nine televisions to display the current event, however there were no remotes provided. The excuse was they could not find them and the front desk didn't even attempt to find them. The Linens that were provided were filthy so the front desk attempted to replace them with plastic tablecloths from a dollar store. It's sad to conclude and realize due to cultural differences individuals conclude bias behaviors from the gentleman at the front desk was very rude biased and untruthful with the statements he said. He became loud and unruly and turn off the lights on the leaving party and was disrespectful to The Honorable guests. I recommend they have some cultural, hospitality, etiquette training.
