Baltimore y’all are sleeping on this place and I don’t know why. I picked up an order at 6:30 and there was no one in the restaurant. Why?? This sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. Their shrimp dumplings with homemade dipping sauce and fresh garlic were fantastic. The egg drop soup was peppery and smoky. Everything was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly kind. 1000% will be coming back. Thanks Chiu’s Sushi for a delightful meal!

This place is no-frills, but that's okay because the Japanese food is the star of the show, and it's on point. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not the best, not the worst. Got "Beef fried rice" it was just white rice with maybe a speckle of onion and egg.

The food is very good. I love the decorations which include a little pond with fish. Service is great. The food is made quickly, too. Overall this place is awesome.

Been going here for years. Service has suffered since the pandemic, but the sushi is consistently good. Lots of vegetarian options, hot and cold options, and dishes to share. Miss the warm towels.Vegetarian options: More options than usual including a creative vegetarian sashimi dinner platter.

Honestly, I would recommend going somewhere else. Got their sashimi entree and the portions were a joke - The slices weren’t even an ounce. Pathetic! Then on top of that they gave me the ONE fish I don’t like, like they couldn’t find another fish at the same or lower cost point? Just go to Mizu, they are way better. It’s a shame they were closed on Easter resorting to me having to go here.

I tried Chui's through UberEats and I was not impressed. My Philadelphia Roll had more cream cheese than salmon and the Spicy tuna roll contained panko crumbs and no spice. A bit disappointing. They have to step it up. Their pricing is comparable to other restaurants in Harbor East; unfortunately the sushi falls short.
